क्या रिम्स-2 के निर्माण कार्य पर ग्रहण लग जाएगा? हेमंत सोरेन झुकेंगे या अडिग रहेेंंगेेे?

रांची :  कांके के नगड़ी गांव में ग्रहण लगता दिख रहा है। जमीन अधिग्रहण के खिलाफ शुरू हुआ आंदोलन अब बड़ा रूप ले चुका है। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंपई सोरेन, भाजपा सहित कई आदिवासी और जन संगठनों ने विरोध तेज कर दिया है।

प्रशासन का कड़ा रूख व सुरक्षा की चाक -चौबंद व्यवस्था, चंपई सोरेन को हाउस अरेस्ट किए जाने, उनके समर्थकों को रास्ते में ही रोक देने सहित कई निरोधात्मक कार्रवाई की गई. इसके बावजूद रविवार को हजारों लोग नगड़ी पहुंच गए। खेत जोता और धान की रोपनी की। पुलिस को आंसू गैस के गोले छोड़ने पड़े और लाठी चार्ज करनी पड़ी। इसके बाद आंदोलन और तेज होने की संभावना है।

रांची में सिरम टोली फ्लाईओवर निर्माण के विरोध के बाद यह दूसरा मौका है, जब आदिवासी संगठनों व राजनीतिक दलों की ओर से नगड़ी में रिम्स-2 के निर्माण कार्य का एकजुट होकर विरोध किया जा रहा है। करीब दो महीने के अंदर ही आदिवासी समाज के लोग मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन सरकार के फैसले के खिलाफ सड़कों पर उतरकर उग्र विरोध कर रहे हैं।

सिरम टोली में आदिवासियों ने सरना स्थल को बचाने की लड़ाई लड़ी और अब नगड़ी में जमीन बचाने की लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं। सिरम टोली के आंदोलन में चंपई सोरेन खुलकर सामने नहीं आए थे। लेकिन नगड़ी में वह नेतृत्व करने की तैयारी में हैं। सरकार को उन्होंने चुनौती दे डाली है।

कहा है कि किसी सूरत में नगड़ी में आदिवासियों की जमीन पर निर्माण नहीं होने देंगे। सरकार कहीं और सरकारी जमीन देखकर रिम्स-2 का निर्माण करें। वह अस्पताल के निर्माण के खिलाफ नहीं है।

सिरम टोली फ्लाईओवर निर्माण के मामले में मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन विकास के नाम पर झुके नहीं। तमाम आंदोलन और विरोध के बावजूद सिरम टोली फ्लाईओवर का निर्माण कार्य समय पर पूरा हुआ और मुख्यमंत्री ने नहीं इसका उद्घाटन किया।

हेमंत सोरेन ने यह संदेश दिया कि वह विकास के मुद्दे पर झुकेंगे नहीं। तो क्या नगड़ी के मामले में भी यही होगा। मुख्यमंत्री नहीं झुकेंगे और यहां निर्माण कार्य होगा। सरकार तो अभी तक यही संदेश और संकेत दे रही है। आगे क्या होगा यह कहना मुश्किल है। लेकिन यदि 

नगड़ी आंदोलन में अब सरकार के विरोधी एकजुट हो गए हैं। इसलिए हेमंत सोरेन शायद ही अपना कदम पीछे खींचे। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री इरफान अंसारी बार-बार कह चुके हैं कि नगड़ी में ही रिम्स- 2 का निर्माण होगा। क्योंकि यह मुख्यमंत्री का ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट है। नगड़ी में निर्माण को लेकर कांग्रेस में भी मतभेद है।

बहरहाल, अब सबकी निगाहें मुख्यमंत्री पर टिकी हैं। जल जंगल जमीन और दिशोम गुरु स्व. शिबू सोरेन की दुहाई देकर भी सरकार को इस मुद्दे पर घेरने की कोशिश हो रही है।
