गुमला नगर परिषद की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, स्वच्छता और राजस्व वृद्धि पर उपायुक्त के सख्त निर्देश

गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित नगर परिषद कार्यालय में मंगलवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में नगर परिषद की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में सफाई व्यवस्था, नियमित फॉगिंग, स्ट्रीट लाइट मरम्मती, अतिक्रमण हटाने और राजस्व संग्रहण जैसे अहम मुद्दों पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई।

स्वच्छता और प्रकाश व्यवस्था पर जोर

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि नगर क्षेत्र में सफाई और फॉगिंग कार्यों को और सुदृढ़ किया जाए, ताकि नागरिकों को स्वच्छ और स्वास्थ्यकर वातावरण मिल सके। उन्होंने सभी खराब स्ट्रीट लाइटों को तुरंत बदलने और मरम्मती कार्य में तेजी लाने का आदेश दिया।

बस स्टैंड और पार्किंग की नई योजना

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने लोहरदगा रोड पर अलग बस स्टैंड निर्माण का निर्णय लिया और जल्द से जल्द उसका एस्टीमेट तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही, नगर क्षेत्र में पार्किंग एरिया विकसित करने की आवश्यकता पर भी बल दिया गया।

अतिक्रमण और राजस्व संग्रहण पर सख्ती

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि नगर परिषद को अपने संसाधनों से अधिकतम राजस्व उत्पन्न करना होगा। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि जो दुकानदार सड़क या नाली पर अवैध अतिक्रमण कर दुकानें चला रहे हैं, उन पर विशेष अभियान चलाकर कार्रवाई की जाए और जुर्माना लगाया जाए।

बिना अनुमति प्रचार-प्रसार पर रोक

बैठक में यह भी तय किया गया कि नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में बिना अनुमति पोस्टर या बैनर लगाने की गतिविधि पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा। इस दिशा में अभियान चलाकर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया गया।

पंजीकरण और अन्य निर्देश

नगर क्षेत्र में स्थित सभी लॉज, हॉस्टल और आवासीय परिसरों का नगर परिषद में पंजीकरण अनिवार्य किया गया है। उपायुक्त ने इसे सख्ती से लागू करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में उपस्थित अधिकारी

बैठक में नगर परिषद के कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी समेत अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी और कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि शहर की सभी मूलभूत समस्याओं का समाधान पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता के साथ किया जाएगा।
