गुमला, 21 सितंबर 2025: गुमला जिले के सभी 12 प्रखंडों के विद्यालयों में उल्लास नव भारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम के तहत असाक्षरों की मूल्यांकन परीक्षा सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुई। इस परीक्षा का आयोजन जिला स्तर पर कर लगभग 8 हजार से अधिक असाक्षर व्यक्तियों को मुख्यधारा की साक्षरता से जोड़कर उनका प्रमाणीकरण करना लक्ष्य रहा। इस पहल के तहत, कई महीनों से शिक्षकों एवं स्वयंसेवकों द्वारा विशेष कक्षाएं संचालित कर असाक्षरों को पढ़ने-लिखने और रोजमर्रा के जीवन में जरूरी गणना एवं सामान्य ज्ञान की शिक्षा दी गई।
मूल्यांकन परीक्षा में प्रतिभागियों की पढ़ने-लिखने की योग्यता के साथ-साथ संख्यात्मक कौशल और व्यवहारिक समझ का परीक्षण भी किया गया। गुमला, जो कि एक आदिवासी बहुल जिला है और जहाँ साक्षरता दर झारखंड के अन्य जिलों के मुकाबले कम है, अब इस कार्यक्रम से सकारात्मक प्रगति देखी जा रही है।
जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने बताया कि परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “नव भारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम केवल अक्षरज्ञान का साधन नहीं, बल्कि यह समाज में जागरूकता, आत्मविश्वास, आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण और बेहतर जीवन स्तर की ओर बढ़ने का मार्ग है।”
यह पहल सामाजिक सुधार के साथ-साथ जिले में शिक्षा के विस्तार को नई दिशा देने वाली साबित हो रही है, जिससे अनपढ़ पन्नों पर साक्षरता की उज्जवल कहानी लिखी जा रही है।गुमला जिले के सभी 12 प्रखंडों में उल्लास नव भारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत असाक्षरों की मूल्यांकन परीक्षा सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुई है। इस परीक्षा का आयोजन पिछले कुछ महीनों से विद्यालयों में स्वयंसेवकों द्वारा संचालित विशेष कक्षाओं में शामिल करीब 8 हजार से अधिक असाक्षरों के साक्षरता कौशल की जांच के लिए किया गया। प्रतिभागियों का परीक्षण पढ़ने-लिखने की क्षमता, साधारण गणित और दैनिक जीवन से जुड़ा सामान्य ज्ञान पर केंद्रित था।
गुमला, जो आदिवासी बहुल जिला है और झारखंड के कई अन्य जिलों की तुलना में कम साक्षरता दर वाला है, वहां इस कार्यक्रम से सकारात्मक बदलाव आने लगे हैं। जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने बताया कि परीक्षा सफलतापूर्वक उत्तीर्ण करने वालों को प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इस मौके पर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने संदेश दिया कि नव भारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम सिर्फ अक्षरज्ञान तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि यह समाज में जागरूकता, आत्मविश्वास, आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण एवं बेहतर जीवन स्तर की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
