तंबाकू मुक्त युवा अभियान 3.0 का शुभारंभ – जिम्मेदार और स्वस्थ समाज की दिशा में एक पहल

गुमला : – सिविल सर्जन गुमला के आदेश पर आज सिसई कॉलेज परिसर में “तंबाकू मुक्त युवा अभियान 3.0” का शुभारंभ किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी सह एनसीडी नोडल डॉ. धुनर्जय सुम्ब्रई द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया। यह 60 दिवसीय विशेष अभियान जिले के युवा वर्ग, स्कूलों एवं कॉलेजों में तंबाकू मुक्ति हेतु जन-जागरूकता फैलाने के उद्देश्य से संचालित किया जा रहा है।उद्घाटन समारोह में सिसई प्रखंड की प्रमुख, सिसई कॉलेज के प्राचार्य अमिताभ भारती, सूबेदार मेजर लेफ्टिनेंट वान लालहुमका, सूबेदार स्याम सुंदर, सूबेदार रिनचिन, सूबेदार भोला, सूबेदार मनोज, लालेश तथा वंदना एस. होरो उपस्थित रहे। आयोजन में जिला परामर्शी एवं मनोवैज्ञानिक सुमन तथा स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम ने भी सहभागिता की। डॉ. धुनर्जय सुम्ब्रई ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि तंबाकू का सेवन अत्यंत घातक है, जिसमें 4000 से अधिक हानिकारक रसायन पाए जाते हैं, जिनमें से अनेक तत्व कैंसर और अन्य गंभीर बीमारियों के लिए उत्तरदायी हैं। उन्होंने युवाओं से आह्वान किया कि वे स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाएं और दूसरों को भी तंबाकू सेवन से दूर रहने के लिए प्रेरित करें।जिला परामर्शी सुमन ने बताया कि जो व्यक्ति तंबाकू का सेवन छोड़ना चाहते हैं, वे जिले के तंबाकू नशा मुक्ति केंद्र से संपर्क कर सकेंगे, जहां उन्हें निःशुल्क परामर्श और सहयोग प्राप्त होगा।इस 60 दिवसीय अभियान के तहत जिले में विभिन्न स्तरों पर व्यापक जन-जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। गांवों को तंबाकू मुक्त घोषित करने, विद्यालयों और महाविद्यालयों को तंबाकू मुक्त क्षेत्र के रूप में विकसित करने तथा तंबाकू मुक्त शिक्षण संस्थान (ToFEI) की नीति को लागू करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।जिला प्रशासन एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने इस अभियान के माध्यम से यह संदेश देने का संकल्प लिया है कि तंबाकू से होने वाले नुकसान से बचाव के लिए सामूहिक प्रयास आवश्यक हैं।

सभी नागरिकों से अपील है कि इस अभियान में स्वयं भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करें और तंबाकू मुक्त समाज के निर्माण में सहयोग दें।
