गुमला : डुमरी प्रखंड के राजकीयकृत मध्य विद्यालय टांगरडीह में रविवार को झारखंड प्रदेश विद्यालय रसोईया संयोजिका अध्यक्ष संघ की बैठक जिला अध्यक्ष सह प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष देवकी देवी की अध्यक्षता में हुई। बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि 27 नवंबर 2025 से जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक (डीएसई) कार्यालय के समक्ष अनिश्चितकालीन धरना प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा।
संगठन की प्रमुख मांगें
देवकी देवी ने कहा कि उनकी मुख्य मांगें — न्यूनतम वेतनमान, ईपीएफ, ग्रेच्यूटी और पेंशन योजना — सरकार द्वारा पूरी की जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने सदस्यों से हक और अधिकार के लिए संगठित होकर लड़ाई लड़ने और हर रसोईया संयोजिका अध्यक्ष को जोड़कर संगठन को मजबूत बनाने का आह्वान किया।
अन्य चर्चा और योजनाएं
बैठक में प्रखंड स्तर पर सम्मेलन आयोजित करने की योजना बनी। साथ ही यह भी चर्चा हुई कि 60 वर्ष पूरी करने वाली रसोईया की जगह उनके बेटी, बहू अथवा परिवार के अन्य सदस्य को नियुक्त किया जाए।
बैठक में सुचिता खलखो, निर्मला खलखो, नेमहा बारला, करमी देवी, निर्माता टोप्पो आदि रसोईया संयोजिका अध्यक्ष उपस्थित थीं।
