गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को जिला स्तरीय शिक्षा विभाग समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी, सिलेबस की पूर्णता, विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति, और विभागीय कार्यों की प्रगति पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
सिलेबस और मूल्यांकन पर निर्देश
उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि जिले के सभी विद्यालयों में सिलेबस को समय पर और गुणवत्तापूर्ण रूप से पूर्ण किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा —
“प्रत्येक माह ‘रेल टेस्ट’ का आयोजन कर उसका मूल्यांकन किया जाए और उत्तरपुस्तिकाएँ छात्रों को वापस देकर उनकी त्रुटियों पर सुधार कराया जाए।”
उन्होंने बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी पर संतोष जताते हुए बताया कि जिले में कक्षा 10 के 10,957 और कक्षा 12 के 5,539 विद्यार्थियों की औसत उपस्थिति 78 प्रतिशत है — जिसे 85 प्रतिशत तक पहुँचाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।
कार्यशैली पर नाराज़गी और कड़ा एक्शन
बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला की महिला पदाधिकारियों — एडीपीओ, एपीओ, एओ और कर्मियों की कार्यशैली पर असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए फटकार लगाई और सभी का वेतन अस्थायी रूप से रोकने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि
“सभी अधिकारी-कर्मी नियमित रूप से कार्यालय पहुँचें, अपने कार्यों के प्रति गंभीरता दिखाएँ, अन्यथा प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।”
जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक और जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया गया कि वे कार्य में लापरवाही बरतने वाले कर्मचारियों पर निगरानी बढ़ाएँ और आवश्यक सुधार सुनिश्चित करें।
लंबित वेतन और प्रशासनिक निर्णय
बसिया, सिसई, गुमला और पालकोट प्रखंडों के कर्मियों का स्थगित वेतन जारी करने के निर्देश दिए गए, साथ ही सभी योग्य कर्मचारियों को शीघ्र भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने का आदेश दिया गया।
शैक्षणिक सुधार और रेमेडियल योजना
जिले में कक्षा 10 के 2,620 और कक्षा 12 के 1,015 कमजोर विद्यार्थियों की पहचान की गई है। इन विद्यार्थियों के लिए स्कूल समय से पहले या बाद में रेमेडियल कक्षाएँ आयोजित की जाएंगी।
इसी प्रकार, कक्षा 10 के 2,369 और कक्षा 12 के 1,008 अनियमित विद्यार्थियों को स्कूल से जोड़ने के लिए अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठकों और विशेष संपर्क कार्यक्रमों के निर्देश दिए गए।
रैंकिंग और नामांकन सुधार
राज्य स्तरीय रैंकिंग की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने DIAIS पोर्टल पर डेटा अपडेट, नामांकन वृद्धि, बायोमेट्रिक अनिवार्यता, और शून्य नामांकन या बंद विद्यालयों की स्थिति में सुधार के निर्देश दिए।
