रांची, 29 अक्टूबर 2025 — झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद की ओर से आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय स्कूली एथलेटिक्स प्रतियोगिता 30 अक्टूबर से 1 नवंबर तक आयोजित की जाएगी। खेलगांव स्थित बिरसा मुंडा स्टेडियम में खिलाड़ियों का पंजीयन जारी है, जबकि भव्य आयोजन मोराबादी स्थित बिरसा मुंडा फुटबॉल स्टेडियम ग्राउंड में होगा।
इस बार राज्य के 24 जिलों से लगभग 2500 खिलाड़ी हिस्सा ले रहे हैं, जिनमें 1217 बालिकाएँ और 1230 बालक शामिल हैं। प्रतियोगिता तीन आयु वर्ग — अंडर-14, अंडर-17 और अंडर-19 में होगी। ट्रैक एवं फील्ड इवेंट्स की विविध प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए जिला स्तर पर “खेलो झारखंड” में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त खिलाड़ियों को मौका दिया जा रहा है। प्रत्येक खिलाड़ी अधिकतम दो एकल और एक सामूहिक खेल, यानी कुल तीन इवेंट्स में भाग ले सकेगा।
राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी एवं आयोजन सचिव धीरसेन ए. सोरेन ने बताया कि सभी तैयारियाँ पूरी कर ली गई हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोच और मैनेजरों के साथ बैठक कर खिलाड़ियों की अनुशासन, समयपालन और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि कोच–मैनेजर केवल प्रशिक्षक ही नहीं, बल्कि खिलाड़ियों के मार्गदर्शक और संरक्षक भी हैं।
कुश्ती टीम हरियाणा रवाना
इधर, 69वीं राष्ट्रीय स्कूली कुश्ती प्रतियोगिता (अंडर-19) में भाग लेने के लिए झारखंड की बालक एवं बालिका टीम पानीपत (हरियाणा) के लिए रवाना हो गई। टीम में कोच–मैनेजर के रूप में शंभू नाथ और आशा कुमारी शामिल हैं।
राज्य से रवाना होते समय टीम को मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन, शिक्षा सचिव उमाशंकर सिंह, राज्य परियोजना निदेशक शशि रंजन, प्रशासी पदाधिकारी सच्चिदानंद द्विवेदी तिग्गा, राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी धीरसेन ए. सोरेंग सहित राज्य खेल कोषांग के सदस्यों ने शुभकामनाएं दीं।
नए खिलाड़ियों को मिलेगा बड़ा मंच
एथलेटिक्स और कुश्ती प्रतियोगिताओं के माध्यम से झारखंड के उभरते खिलाड़ी राष्ट्रीय स्तर की ओर कदम बढ़ाएँगे। राज्य सरकार की इस पहल से स्थानीय प्रतिभाओं को बड़ा मंच और बेहतर अवसर मिल रहा है।
