समावेशी विकास की अनंत संभावनाओं को अपने दामन में समेटे है हमारा झारखंड : मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार, राज्य की रजत जयंती पर मुख्य समारोह ऐतिहासिक झंडा मैदान में हुआ

गिरिडीह । (कमलनयन) : समावेशी विकास की अनंत संभावनाओं की ओर बढ़ रहे प्राकृतिक धरोहरों से सुसज्जित समृद्ध खनिज संपादाओं से परिपूर्ण राज्य झारखंड अपने स्थापना की रजत जयंती मना रहा है। पिछले 11 नवम्बर से 15 -16 नवम्बर तक चलने वाले राज्यव्यापी रजत समारोह के विविध कार्यक्रमों की श्रृंखला में विकसित झारखंड, शिक्षित झारखंड की परिकल्पना को साकार करने की दिशा में संकल्प के साथ राज्य की गौरवशाली पहचान लोक संस्कृति से जुड़े कार्यक्रम किये गये।

इस मौके पर झारखंड के धरती आबा उलगुलान के महानायक बिरसा मुंडा को उनकी 150वीँ जयंती 15 नवम्बर को उनके साहस और अविस्मरणीय योगदान के लिए सिरसिया स्थित प्रतिमा पर झारखंड सरकार के मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार, राज्यसभा सांसद डा. सरफराज अहमद, जिला 20 सूत्री उपाध्यक्ष संजय सिंह, उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव, पुलिस अधीक्षक डा. विमल कुमार समेत काफी संख्या में सभी वर्गों के समाजसेवी संस्थाओं से जुड़े लोगों ने श्रद्धापूर्वक नमन कर उनके विचारों को याद करते हुए राज्य की गौरवशाली परम्परा को आत्मसात करने के भाव प्रगट किये गये।

झारखंड के उत्तरी छोटानागपुर में स्थित अभ्रक-कोयला और देश के पूर्वी क्षेत्र की सबसे बड़ी स्टील मंडी में शुमार गिरिडीह जिले में भी राज्य स्थापना का गौरवशाली पांच दिवसीय समारोह रजत उत्सव पर विविध कार्यक्रम किये गये। जिला स्तरीय मुख्य समारोह 15 नवम्बर शनिवार को ऐतिहासिक झंडा मैदान में सम्पन्न हुआ । जिसमे झारखंड के 25 वर्षो की प्रगति- विकास यात्रा का स्मरण करते हुए जिले के समावेशी विकास में मिलजुल कर योगदान देने का आह्वान किया गया।

कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन मुख्य अतिथि राज्य सरकार के नगर विकास, आवास – कला संस्कृति, पर्यटन, खेलकूद युवा कार्य विभाग के मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार, राज्यसभा सांसद डा सरफराज अहमद, उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव, पुलिस अधीक्षक डा. विमल कुमार ने गुब्बारे उड़ाकर एवं दीप प्रज्जवलित कर किया। इस दौरान स्वागत भाषण उपायुक्त ने किया।

कार्यक्रम को मुख्य अतिथि मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने संबोधित कर झारखंडवासियों को राज्य गठन की बधाई दी और कहा कि झारखंड अनंत संभावनाओं वाला राज्य है।  दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन ने विकसित झारखंड, शिक्षित झारखंड, आत्मनिर्भर झारखंड का सपना संजोया था, जिसे हेमंत दा अर्थात हेमंत सोरेन की सरकार पूरा करने में जुटी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि पृथक झारखंड के संघर्ष और राज्य के विकास में महिलाओं की महती भूमिका की अनदेखी नहीं की जा सकती। कार्यक्रम को राज्यसभा सांसद डा सरफराज अहमद समेत अन्य ने भी संबोधित किया। इस दौरान झारखंड आंदोलनकारियों को सम्मानित किया गया। करोड़ों विकास योजनाओं का उद्घाटन व शिलान्यास किया गया। कई युवाओं नियुक्ति पत्र, स्वरोजगार के लिए कई युवाओं को वाहन- ई. रिक्शा दिये गये। कार्यक्रम में डीडीसी स्मिता कुमारी, एसडीएम श्रीकांत यंशवत विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों के नेता एवं भारी संख्या में महिला-पुरुष युवा उपस्थित थे।

जिले भर में पांच दिवसीय रजत उत्सव की शुरुआत 11 नवम्बर को रन फॉर झारखंड से हुई। गिरिडीह स्टेडियम में आयोजित रन फॉर झारखंड में उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव, पुलिस अधीक्षक डा. विमल कुमार सहित काफी संख्या में छात्र युवा खेलप्रेमी एवं सामाजिक संगठनों के लोगों ने भाग लिया। 12 नवम्बर को शहर के टॉवर चौक से काली बाड़ी चौक तक स्ट्रीट डांस का आयोजन हुआ, जिसमें लोक नृत्य के माध्यम से आदिवासी संस्कृति की प्रस्तुति हुई। 13 नवम्बर को साइक्लोथॉन का आयोजन किया गया।

झंडा मैदान से खंडोली तक की रैली का नेतृत्व डीसी रामनिवास यादव एसपी डा विमल कुमार ने किया। रैली में डीडीसी स्मृति कुमारी, डीएसओ गुलाम समदानी, डीपीआरओ अंजना भारती सहित अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी एंव छात्र-युवाओं ने भाग लिया। 14 नवम्बर को सूचना जन संपर्क विभाग द्वारा झंडा मैदान में जतरा उत्सव का आयोजन किया गया।

उत्सव में शामिल कलाकारों ने अपनी प्रस्तुति के माध्यम से झारखंड की लोक संस्कृति, विरासत एंव सशक्त व विकसित झारखंड का संदेश नुक्कड़ नाटक, लोक नृत्य, नटुआ नृत्य के माध्यम से देने का प्रयास किया।

इसके अलावा जिले भर में कार्यक्रमों के जरिये परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण, पौधा रोपण, अबुआ आवास के तहत लाभुकों को गृह प्रवेश, खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता,  जन जागरूकता पर सेमिनार समेत अन्य कार्यक्रम किये गये। जिसमें स्वस्थ-सशक्त और समावेशी विकास के लिए जन भागीदारी निभाने का आह्वान किया गयाl
