मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने बाबा मंदिर में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में कार्य करने का अधिकारियों को दिया निर्देश 

■ मेला क्षेत्र में पेयजल, शौचालय, स्नानगृह की सुविधा को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में शौचालय कॉम्प्लेक्स का होगा निर्माण: मंत्री

■ बेलपत्र से अगरबत्ती निर्माण और नीर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट को जल्द शुरू करने का भी मंत्री ने दिया निर्देश 

देवघर :  मंत्री नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग, उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, पर्यटन, कला एवं संस्कृति, खेलकूद एवं युवा कार्य विभाग सुदिव्य कुमार की अध्यक्षता में राजकीय श्रावणी मेला के बेहतर संचालन और श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन देवघर परिसदन के सभागार में किया गया।

इस मौके पर देवघर के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा एवं दुमका के उपायुक्त के अभिजीत सिन्हा ने एक-एक कर विभागवार मेला क्षेत्र में किये गए विभिन्न कार्यों के अलावा श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा व सुरक्षा को और बेहतर करने की दिशा में किए जाने वाले कार्यों को पीपीटी के माध्यम से अवगत कराया।

बैठक के दौरान मंत्री द्वारा दुम्मा से खिजुरिया कावड़िया पथ को बेहतर करने की दिशा में पीक्यूसी और केनोपी निर्माण की दिशा में प्रस्ताव और डीपीआर निर्माण कराने का निर्देश दिया। इस दौरान बिजली के पोल और ट्रांसफार्मर को कावड़िया पथ से हटाने का निर्देश संबंधित कार्यपालक अभियंता को दिया। इसके अलावा खिजुरिया से शिवगंगा तक फुट ओवर ब्रिज बनाने की दिशा में तैयार डीपीआर में आवश्यक सुधार के साथ इसे और बेहतर बनाने का निर्देश दिया गया।

मंत्री का कावड़िया पथ और मेला क्षेत्र में शौचालय कॉम्प्लेक्स के निर्माण स्थल को चिन्हित करने का निर्देश

मंत्री ने कावड़िया पथ और मेला क्षेत्र में शौचालय कॉम्प्लेक्स के निर्माण हेतु स्थल और संख्या चिन्हित करने का निर्देश दिया। मंत्री ने आरएफआईडी टेक्नोलॉजी को और बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि बच्चों और बुजुर्ग श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा को बेहतर बनाया जा सके।

उन्होंने बाबा मंदिर की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को बेहतर करने की दिशा में कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही मेला क्षेत्र में बनने वाले अस्थाई टेंट सिटी, वाहन पड़ाव स्थल समीप जमीन चिन्हित करने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि शौचालय कॉम्प्लेक्स का निर्माण कराया जा सके। वही राजकीय श्रावणी मेला के दौरान यातायात व्यवस्था को और बेहतर बनाने के अलावा देवघर से बासुकीनाथ वाहनों के परिचालन, शहर के अंदर व रेलवे स्टेशन से श्रद्धालुओं के आवागमन से जुड़े विभिन्न पहलुओं पर चर्चा की गई, ताकि इसे और बेहतर बनाया जा सके।

मंत्री ने क्यू कॉम्प्लेक्स को सुविधायुक्त और हवादार बनाने की दिशा में कार्य करने का दिया गया निर्देश। मंदिर आसपास के क्षेत्र में आधुनिक और सुविधाजनक होल्डिंग पॉइंट बनाने की दिशा में प्रस्ताव तैयार कर भेजने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा अनुरूप होल्डिंग पॉइंट का निर्माण कराया जा सके।

समीक्षात्मक बैठक के दौरान मंत्री ने श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा को और बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में आगामी श्रावणी मेला 2026 के दौरान देवघर व दुमका में सभी ओपी को और सुदृढ़ बनाने पर जोर दिया।

इसके अलावा बैठक के दौरान मंत्री ने बासुकीनाथ में शिवगंगा के सालों भर निरंतर सफाई को लेकर नगर सुविधा मद में अलग से साफ-सफाई हेतु राशि भेजने की बात कही. उन्होंने बासुकीनाथ में परमानेंट पुलिस आवासन, बासुकीनाथ में पुलिस ओपी के अलावा शौचालय कॉम्प्लेक्स बनाने हेतु स्थल चिन्हित करने का निर्देश दिया.

मंत्री ने राजकीय श्रावणी मेला के दौरान की जाने वाली तैयारियों की विभागवार समीक्षा के क्रम में विद्युत आपूर्ति, पथ निर्माण विभाग, नगर निगम, जनसम्पर्क विभाग, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग, पर्यटन, कला संस्कृति खेल कूद एवं युवा कार्य विभाग, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, भवन प्रमंडल एवं पुलिस विभाग द्वारा किये जाने वाले कार्यों पर विस्तृत चर्चा करते हुए संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों व कार्यपालक अभियंता को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया।
