बिहार चुनाव में मुझे तो प्रशांत किशोर पांडे उर्फ पीके पर दिलचस्पी रही, क्योंकि इन्हें राजनीति का किंगमेकर कहा जाता था। भाजपा, कांग्रेस, आप, टीएमसी, जेडीयू, वीएसआर, डीएमके इत्यादि जाने कितनी ही पार्टियों के लिए यह व्यक्ति कैंपेन कर चुके हैं।
कहते हैं कि यह पहली बार 2016–17 में उत्तर प्रदेश में विफल रहा था, जब वह कांग्रेस के लिए कैंपेन कर रहा था। उसमें कांग्रेस को महज़ 7 सीटें, जबकि भाजपा को 300 पार सीटें हासिल हुई थी। अब वह विफलता थी या सफलता थी वही जानें।
प्रशांत किशोर पांडे उर्फ पीके की सबसे पहले शुरुआत होती है गुजरात चुनाव 2011 से जब उन्हें मोदीजी को तीसरी बार मुख्यमंत्री बनाने का श्रेय मिलता है। उसके बाद वह भाजपा के खासमखास हो जाते हैं और जमकर उनके लिए काम करते हैं।
यदि 2014 लोकसभा चुनावों में मोदीजी की थ्रीडी सभाएं और चाय पर चर्चा कार्यक्रम आपको याद हों तो वह पीके द्वारा प्रायोजित कार्यक्रम थे।
उसके बाद पीके नीतीश की पार्टी जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जेडीयू) के उपाध्यक्ष भी बनते हैं। कुछ समय पूर्व अपनी पार्टी जनता सुराज पार्टी बनाई है। अब सोचना यह भी है कि जिसने इतने मुख्यमंत्री और प्रधानमंत्री बनाए हों वह इस चुनाव में खुद की पार्टी आए खुद के दम पर स्वयं क्यों सारी 243 सीटों पर लड़ने के बावजूद भी शून्य हुआ?
सोचना यह भी है कि क्या यह पीके की नाकामी है या उपलब्धि क्योंकि जो कभी जीत दिलाने के पैसे लेता हो, वह हार खाने के भी ले सकता है? हालांकि मेरा इन सब बातों में अधिक विश्वास नहीं है, पर इतना जरूर है कि इतने बड़े चेहरे की इतनी बड़ी हार अपच है।
बाकी पैसा खूब है इनके पास भी। पिता, पत्नी दोनों डॉक्टर रहे हैं। पार्टियों से कितना मिला यह नहीं मालूम, यह समझो कि अख़बार में सिर्फ़ एक फुल पेज विज्ञापन की कीमत 5 लाख से 35 लाख एक दिन की कीमत होती है इनकी स्वयं तय कीजिए। बाकी प्रयास अगली बार जारी रखें।
