गिरिडीह (कमलनयन) : आपकी योजना–आपकी सरकार–आपके द्वार” कार्यक्रम अर्न्तगत “सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह” के तहत सदर प्रखण्ड के बेरदुंगा में आयोजित शिविर में रविवार झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा की केन्द्रीय नेत्री विधायक, श्रीमती कल्पना मुर्मू सोरेन एवं उपायुक्त, रामनिवास यादव द्वारा निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान विधायक, एवं उपायुक्त ने शिविर की व्यवस्थाओं का गहन अवलोकन करते हुए आवेदन काउंटर, संबंधित विभागों के स्टॉल, शिविर में उपलब्ध विभिन्न सेवाओं, आवेदन की प्रक्रिया, आमजनों की सहभागिता एवं विधि-व्यवस्था का जायजा लिया। उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि आनेवाले लाभार्थियों की समस्याओं का त्वरित एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
इस दौरान विधायक कल्पना सोरेन ने कहा कि इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य आम जनता को सरकारी सेवाएं उनके द्वार तक उपलब्ध कराने का माध्यम है ताकि उन्हें कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें। उन्होंने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि पात्र लाभुकों को योजनाओं का लाभ समयबद्ध तरीके से प्रदान करें तथा किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
कई आवेदनों का मौके पर ही हुआ निष्पादन
शिविर में जाति, आवासीय एवं आय प्रमाण पत्र, वृद्धा पेंशन, विधवा पेंशन, राशन कार्ड, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, स्वास्थ्य बीमा, श्रम विभाग की योजनाओं सहित विभिन्न सेवाओं एवं योजनाओं से संबंधित आवेदन प्राप्त किए गए, जिनमें से कई आवेदनों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन भी किया गया।
उपायुक्त ने लोगों से अपील किया कि अधिक से अधिक संख्या में अपने नजदीकी शिविर में उपस्थित होकर सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उठाएं। उक्त कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित जन शिकायतों का निवारण, लंबित मामलों का निष्पादन तथा आवश्यक सेवाओं का त्वरित लाभ लोगों तक पहुँचाया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने आमजन से अपील करते हुए कहा कि सभी जरूरतमंद व्यक्ति शिविर में उपस्थित होकर सरकार द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं का अधिकाधिक लाभ उठाएं। साथ ही लोगों से आग्रह किया गया कि उन्हें जो भी समस्याएँ हो रही हैं, उन्हें जिला प्रशासन के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करें, ताकि संबंधित मामलों का शीघ्र एवं प्रभावी समाधान किया जा सके। जिला प्रशासन आम नागरिकों की सुविधा एवं कल्याण के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है और “सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह” इसी दिशा में एक सार्थक पहल है।
