गुमला में प्रशासन की सख्ती: ऑक्सीब्रिज स्कूल की मान्यता पर संकट, ओवरलोडिंग में चार वाहन जब्त

गुमला में स्कूल वाहनों में हो रही अनियमितताओं पर प्रशासन ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जमां के संयुक्त निर्देश पर सोमवार को ऑक्सीब्रिज स्कूल के वाहनों के खिलाफ सघन जांच अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान में गंभीर लापरवाही सामने आने के बाद स्कूल की मान्यता पर खतरा मंडराने लगा है। जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने मौके पर पहुंचकर प्रबंधन पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताई और मान्यता रद्द करने की चेतावनी दी।

जांच में सामने आई बड़ी लापरवाही

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) के नेतृत्व में हुई कार्रवाई के दौरान पाया गया कि:

• बच्चों को क्षमता से अधिक संख्या में बैठाकर ओवरलोडिंग की जा रही थी।
• जब्त वाहनों की हालत अत्यंत खराब थी।
• फिटनेस, इंश्योरेंस, टैक्स और पॉल्यूशन — सभी अनिवार्य कागजात फेल पाए गए।

मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह और प्रदीप तिर्की के अनुसार, स्कूल प्रबंधन द्वारा बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर कोई व्यवस्था नहीं की गई थी। बच्चों ने भी स्वयं ओवरलोडिंग की शिकायत की।

चार वाहन जब्त

कागजात नहीं दिखाने पर चार वाहन तुरंत कब्जे में लिए गए—

• एक विंगर
• एक ओमनी
• दो टेंपो

सभी वाहन बिना वैध दस्तावेज के संचालित किए जा रहे थे।

प्रिंसिपल तारकेश्वर दास पर कार्रवाई तय

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक मौके पर पहुंचे और स्कूल प्रबंधन की लापरवाही पर कड़ी नाराजगी व्यक्त की।
उन्होंने बताया कि:

• स्कूल प्रबंधन मान्यता के नियमों का उल्लंघन कर रहा है।
• प्रिंसिपल से सभी दस्तावेज तुरंत मांगे गए हैं।
• नियमों के उल्लंघन पर कार्रवाई तय है।

DTO का कड़ा निर्देश: कमर्शियल नंबर अनिवार्य

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने सभी स्कूलों को स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी—

• बिना ऑथराइजेशन लेटर किसी भी वाहन को बच्चों को लाने-ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
• ड्राइवर का चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र, लाइसेंस और वाहन के सभी दस्तावेजों की प्रतिलिपि स्कूल प्रबंधन के पास अनिवार्य रूप से मौजूद होनी चाहिए।
• सिर्फ कमर्शियल नंबर (पीली प्लेट) वाले वाहन ही स्कूल संचालन में उपयोग किए जा सकते हैं।
• प्राइवेट नंबर (सफेद प्लेट) का उपयोग पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित रहेगा।

DTO ने कहा कि कमर्शियल नंबर वाली गाड़ियों में दुर्घटना की स्थिति में बीमा की सुविधा उपलब्ध होती है, इसलिए स्कूलों द्वारा निजी नंबर की गाड़ियों का उपयोग करना बच्चों की सुरक्षा के साथ बड़ा समझौता है।

नियम तोड़ने वालों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई जारी

DTO ने साफ कहा कि बिना कागजात पकड़े जाने वाले वाहनों पर नियमसंगत कार्रवाई आगे भी जारी रहेगी।
प्रशासन के इस अभियान के बाद जिले के अन्य स्कूलों में भी सतर्कता बढ़ गई है।
