गुमला में मासिक अपराध समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, क्रिसमस–नववर्ष को लेकर पुलिस अलर्ट मोड में

गुमला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां की अध्यक्षता में मासिक अपराध समीक्षा बैठक पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय, चन्दाली के सभागार में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में प्रशिक्षु भा.पु.से. अधिकारी, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, अंचल निरीक्षक, थाना प्रभारी और विभिन्न शाखाओं के प्रभारी शामिल हुए।

त्योहारों और पिकनिक सीज़न पर विशेष निर्देश

बैठक की शुरुआत क्रिसमस और नववर्ष के मद्देनज़र सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा से हुई। एसपी ने कहा कि त्योहारों के दौरान जिले के पर्यटन और पिकनिक स्थलों पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग पहुंचते हैं, इसलिए सभी थाना प्रभारी अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में:

• निरंतर गश्ती बढ़ाएं,
• भीड़भाड़ वाले स्थलों पर कड़ी निगरानी रखें,
• और किसी भी स्थिति में विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखें।

अपराध नियंत्रण पर विस्तृत समीक्षा

बैठक के दौरान निम्न प्रमुख बिंदुओं की समीक्षा की गई और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए:

1. मादक पदार्थों की अवैध बिक्री और तस्करी पर रोक
   – सभी थानों को सतर्कता बढ़ाकर लगातार कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश।
2. लंबित वारंट/कुर्की का निष्पादन
   – शत-प्रतिशत निष्पादन करने का आदेश।
3. गंभीर कांडों की समीक्षा
   – हत्या, बलात्कार, POCSO, SC-ST, लूट, डकैती, अपहरण और गृहभेदन जैसे मामलों में त्वरित अनुसंधान का निर्देश।
4. अवैध उत्खनन और बालू–चिप्स तस्करी पर रोक
   – ऐसे संचालकों को चिह्नित कर विधि-सम्मत कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश।
5. आरटीआई और जन-शिकायत निवारण से संबंधित लंबित मामलों का निष्पादन
   – सभी आवेदनों का समय पर निपटारा करने के निर्देश।
6. पासपोर्ट व चरित्र सत्यापन के कार्यों में तेजी
   – लंबित रिपोर्टों को शीघ्र भेजने का आदेश।
7. i-RAD, ERS और डायल-112 की कार्यप्रणाली की समीक्षा
8. e-Sakshya, Sudarshna, Gandiva व Pratibimb ऐप के उपयोग की स्थिति
9. सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता पर बल
10. डायन-प्रथा, मानव तस्करी, पलायन और महिला अपराधों के विरुद्ध जागरूकता अभियान
    – आमजनों के बीच सतत जागरूकता अभियान चलाने का निर्देश।

वारंट निष्पादन और अनुसंधान में तेजी पर जोर

एसपी ने सभी थाना प्रभारी को लंबित वारंट, गैर-तामिला वारंट, लाल वारंट और स्थायी वारंटों का तुरंत निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
अप्राकृतिक मृत्यु के मामलों में:

• तुरंत प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने,
• और त्वरित अनुसंधान करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए।

लूट, डकैती, SC-ST तथा अन्य संवेदनशील मामलों की रोकथाम पर भी विशेष जोर दिया गया।

जनता से व्यवहार और थाना प्रबंधन पर निर्देश

एसपी ने निर्देश दिया कि:

• थाने में आने वाले आमजन के साथ मधुर और संवेदनशील व्यवहार किया जाए,
• उनकी समस्याओं का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समाधान किया जाए,
• और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर तुरंत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जाए।

प्रदर्शन आधारित चेतावनी व पुरस्कार

बैठक में विभिन्न थाना प्रभारी और पदाधिकारियों के प्रदर्शन की समीक्षा भी की गई।

• जिन अधिकारियों का प्रदर्शन औसत से कम पाया गया, उन्हें चेतावनी दी गई।
• वहीं जिनका प्रदर्शन उत्कृष्ट रहा, उन्हें प्रशस्ति और प्रोत्साहन प्रदान किया गया।

गुमला पुलिस ने स्पष्ट किया कि त्योहारों के दौरान और आगामी महीनों में सुरक्षा, विधि-व्यवस्था और अपराध नियंत्रण सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता बनी रहेगी।
