सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह: निदेशक DRDA ने रायडीह प्रखंड के परसा और सिकोई पंचायत में शिविरों का निरीक्षण किया, ग्रामीणों को मिला लाभ

गुमला में झारखंड सरकार के महत्वाकांक्षी कार्यक्रम “आपकी योजना–आपकी सरकार–आपके द्वार” के तहत आयोजित सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह (21–28 नवंबर 2025) के क्रम में सोमवार को निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्व-नियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा विद्या भूषण कुमार ने रायडीह प्रखंड के परसा और सिकोई पंचायत में आयोजित पंचायत स्तरीय शिविरों का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर किया गया।

शिविरों में लगी विभिन्न सेवाओं की विस्तृत जांच

पंचायतों में लगाए गए सेवा स्टॉलों में—

• जाति प्रमाण पत्र
• आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र
• आय प्रमाण पत्र
• जन्म–मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र
• राशन कार्ड
• दाखिल–खारिज
• भूमि नापी एवं भूमि धारण से संबंधित कार्य

—की उपलब्धता और प्रक्रिया का निदेशक ने मौके पर जाकर निरीक्षण किया।

उन्होंने शिविर में पहुंचे लाभुकों से बातचीत कर उनकी समस्याओं और आवेदन की स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी ली। साथ ही उपस्थित अधिकारियों को शिविर की दक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

ग्रामीणों की भारी सहभागिता, आवेदन व शिकायतों का त्वरित निष्पादन

निरीक्षण में पाया गया कि परसा और सिकोई दोनों पंचायतों में बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण विभिन्न योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन जमा कर रहे थे। शिकायतों के निवारण की प्रक्रिया भी सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो रही है।

निदेशक ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, रायडीह को निर्देश दिया कि—

• प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों की दैनिक अद्यतन रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराई जाए,
• और लंबित मामलों का समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

गोदभराई, अन्नप्राशन और आजीविका सहयोग सामग्री का वितरण

सिकोई पंचायत में आयोजित शिविर के दौरान निदेशक ने सामाजिक और आजीविका संवर्धन गतिविधियों में भी भाग लिया।
यहां—

• एक लाभार्थी का गोदभराई संस्कार,
• एक नवजात का अन्नप्राशन संस्कार,
• तथा दो लाभुकों को बकरी एवं मुर्गी पालन किट प्रदान की गई।

यह सहायता ग्रामीण परिवारों की आजीविका बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से दी गई।

शिविर में ही मामलों का समाधान सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश

अंत में अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि—

• प्राप्त आवेदनों और शिकायतों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट निपटान प्राथमिकता के आधार पर किया जाए,
• और जिन मामलों का समाधान मौके पर संभव न हो, उन्हें निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर पूरा किया जाए।

सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह के तहत आयोजित ये शिविर ग्रामीणों को सरकारी सेवाओं से सीधे जोड़ने और शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान का एक महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम साबित हो रहे हैं।
