सिसई रोड पर पेड़ों की कटाई और छँटाई का कार्य पूरा, सड़क सुरक्षा और यातायात सुगमता में आएगा सुधार

गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिला मुख्यालय स्थित सिसई रोड में सड़क किनारे लगे पेड़ों की कटाई और छँटाई का कार्य नगर परिषद, गुमला द्वारा सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर लिया गया। यह कार्रवाई सड़क सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने, यातायात को सुगम बनाने और रात्रि में दृश्यता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से की गई।

नगर परिषद के कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि सड़क के दोनों ओर पेड़ों की अत्यधिक बढ़ी हुई डालियाँ लगातार वाहनों की आवाजाही में बाधा पहुँचा रही थीं। कई स्थानों पर टहनियाँ स्ट्रीट लाइट की रोशनी को भी रोक रही थीं, जिससे रात के समय दृश्यता कम हो जाती थी और दुर्घटना की संभावना बढ़ जाती थी।

छँटाई के बाद अब—

• सड़क का स्वरूप अधिक सुव्यवस्थित और खुला दिखाई देगा,
• स्ट्रीट लाइट की रोशनी पूरी सड़क पर समान रूप से पड़ेगी,
• बड़े वाहनों की आवाजाही में रुकावट नहीं होगी,
• और ट्रैफिक जाम की स्थिति में कमी आएगी।

नगर परिषद ने आशा व्यक्त की कि इस कार्रवाई से न केवल यातायात व्यवस्था बेहतर होगी बल्कि पैदल यात्रियों और वाहन चालकों दोनों के लिए आवागमन अधिक सुरक्षित हो सकेगा।
