संविधान दिवस पर डॉ. जयदीप सान्याल का संबोधन: अधिकारों से पहले कर्तव्यों को निभाने पर जोर

भारतीय संविधान दिवस पर डॉ जयदीप सान्याल अपना विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए सभा को संबोधित किया जो
भारत का संविधान दिवस, जिसे हर वर्ष 26 नवंबर को मनाया जाता है, हमारे देश के लोकतांत्रिक इतिहास का एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रतीक है. इसी दिन वर्ष 1949 में संविधान सभा ने भारतीय संविधान को आधिकारिक रूप से अपनाया था. यह दिवस हमें संविधान निर्माताओं के कठिन परिश्रम, दूरदर्शिता और राष्ट्रहित की भावना को समझने का अवसर देता है. संविधान, देश के शासनतंत्र, नागरिक अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों का आधार है, जो भारत को एक मजबूत लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य बनाता है. संविधान दिवस मनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य नागरिकों में संवैधानिक मूल्यों व लोकतंत्र के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना है.
भारत का संविधान किसी एक देश की नकल नहीं, बल्कि दुनिया भर के संविधानों के सर्वश्रेष्ठ सिद्धांतों का बेहद सोच-समझकर तैयार किया गया दस्तावेज है। इसमें ब्रिटेन से संसदीय शासन प्रणाली, अमेरिका से मौलिक अधिकार और जुडिशियल रिव्यू, आयरलैंड से राज्य के डायरेक्टिव प्रिंसिपल, कनाडा से संघीय ढांचा, जर्मनी से आपातकालीन प्रावधान और दक्षिण अफ्रीका से संविधान संशोधन की प्रक्रिया जैसे तत्व शामिल किए गए।
डॉ सान्याल इस विचार को याद किया कि अधिकार कर्तव्यों के निर्वहन से ही प्राप्त होते हैं। उन्होंने इस बात पर बल दिया कि कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन सामाजिक और आर्थिक प्रगति का आधार है। उन्होंने इस बात पर भी जोर दिया कि नीतियां और आज लिए गए निर्णय आने वाली पीढ़ियों के जीवन को आकार देंगे।

डॉ सान्याल ने नागरिकों से आग्रह किया कि ‘विकसित भारत’ के लक्ष्य की ओर बढ़ते हुए वे अपने कर्तव्यों को सर्वोपरि रखें। हमारा संविधान मानवीय गरिमा, समानता और स्वतंत्रता को सर्वोच्च महत्व देता है। यह हमें अधिकारों से सशक्त बनाता है, साथ ही हमें नागरिक के रूप में हमारे कर्तव्यों की भी याद दिलाता है, जिन्हें हमें हमेशा पूरा करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। ये कर्तव्य एक मजबूत लोकतंत्र की नींव हैं।”

उन्होंने संविधान निर्माताओं को भी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की और कहा, ‘‘उनकी दूरदर्शिता हमें विकसित भारत के निर्माण के लिए प्रेरित करती रहती है।”

मजबूत राष्ट्र के निर्माण का मार्ग प्रशस्त करता है संविधान: पूजा राणा
संविधान दिवस के अवसर पर बी.आर. आंबेडकर, राजेन्द्र प्रसाद समेत संविधान सभा के सभी सदस्यों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। उन्होंने कहा कि संविधान प्रत्येक नागरिक को मजबूत राष्ट्र के निर्माण का मार्ग प्रशस्त करने के लिए समान अवसर और अधिकार प्रदान करता है।

अमरदीप इस संविधान दिवस पर, मैं बाबासाहेब डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर जी, डॉ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद जी के साथ-साथ संविधान सभा के सभी महान सदस्यों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता हूं और देशवासियों को हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं देता हूं। हेमंत कुमार राणा ने कहा दुनिया के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र, भारत का संविधान प्रत्येक नागरिक को समान अवसर, गरिमापूर्ण जीवन, राष्ट्रीय कर्तव्य और अधिकार प्रदान करता है जिससे मजबूत राष्ट्र निर्माण का मार्ग प्रशस्त होता है।”
रामरोशन कुमार ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने संविधान दिवस की शुरुआत की और नागरिकों को लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के प्रति अधिक जागरूक करने का काम किया है। ‘संविधान दिवस’ सुरभी कुमारी असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर इस अवसर मे 26 नवंबर, 1949 को भारतीय संविधान को आधिकारिक रूप से अपनाए जाने के उपलक्ष्य में मनाया जाता है। भारत सरकार ने 2015 में हर वर्ष 26 नवंबर को संविधान दिवस मनाने की घोषणा की थी।
डॉ गीता देवी असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर इस अवसर मे अपना कुछ बात रखे जो संविधान दिवस पर संविधान दिवस के बारे में बता सकते हैं। भारतीय संविधान बनने की जानकारी, इसे तैयार करने वाले लोगों की बात कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा अमीना खातून असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर आप संविधान की विशेषता के बारे में बताकर दूसरों को जागरूक कर सकते हैं। जैसे- आज नेशनल कॉन्स्टिट्यूशन डे है और यह उस डॉक्यूमेंट का सम्मान करने का दिन है जो भारत को उसकी डेमोक्रेटिक स्पिरिट देता है। संविधान हमें अधिकार और आजादी देता है।
