गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग और तंबाकू निषेध टीम की संयुक्त कार्रवाई

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में , जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं जनस्वास्थ्य से जुड़े मानकों को सख्ती से लागू करने के उद्देश्य से आज खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग गुमला तथा तंबाकू निषेध टीम द्वारा संयुक्त छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। यह विशेष कार्रवाई खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी तथा तंबाकू निषेध पदाधिकारी के नेतृत्व में की गई।

टीम ने सबसे पहले सदर अस्पताल गुमला का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने अस्पताल के रसोईघर की स्वच्छता, भोजन की गुणवत्ता, भंडारण व्यवस्था, खाद्य सामग्री की ताज़गी तथा किचन में अपनाए जा रहे हाइजीन मानकों की जांच की।
किचन स्टाफ से भोजन बनाने की प्रक्रिया, उपयोग किए जाने वाले पानी की गुणवत्ता, तापमान नियंत्रण तथा एप्रन–ग्लव्स जैसे स्वच्छता उपकरणों के उपयोग के बारे में जानकारी ली गई।

वहीं निरीक्षण टीम ने अस्पताल प्रबंधन को रसोईघर की स्वच्छता और भंडारण प्रणाली को और अधिक बेहतर बनाने के निर्देश दिए।

संयुक्त टीम ने निरीक्षण क्रम में एमटीसी (कुपोषण उपचार केंद्र) का भी दौरा किया। यहाँ बच्चों को दिए जा रहे सप्लिमेंटरी फूड, दूध, रेडी-टू-यूज़, तेल, डालिया का रखरखाव की व्यवस्था का परीक्षण किया गया।

जांच के दौरान निम्न सुधार बिंदु जोड़कर निर्देशित किए गए:

भोजन एवं सप्लिमेंट सामग्रियों का सही तापमान पर सुरक्षित भंडारण

बच्चों को दिए जाने वाले भोजन की नियमित गुणवत्ता जाँच

बच्चों को भोजन परोसने में हाइजीनिक प्रैक्टिस को और सख्ती से लागू करने की सलाह

कार्रवाई के अंत में अधिकारियों ने कहा कि जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा, सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य और तंबाकू निषेध कानूनों के पालन को और अधिक मजबूत करने के लिए ऐसे निरीक्षण आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेंगे। साथ ही, आम जनता से अपील की गई कि वे स्वच्छ एवं सुरक्षित भोजन के प्रति जागरूक रहें और किसी भी तरह की अनियमितता दिखने पर (फूड कनेक्ट एप) के द्वारा शिकायत अनिवार्य रूप से दर्ज करें। जिसके आधार पर विभाग द्वारा कार्यवाही करना सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
