गुमला में तकनीकी विभागों की विशेष समीक्षा बैठक, लंबित परियोजनाओं को समयबद्ध रूप से पूरा करने के निर्देश

गुमला। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को जिले के सभी तकनीकी विभागों के अधिकारियों और अभियंताओं के साथ विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य जिले में चल रहे विकास एवं निर्माण कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा करना तथा लंबित परियोजनाओं के शीघ्र निष्पादन के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देना था।

REO एवं PM JANMAN योजना के कार्यों की विस्तृत समीक्षा

बैठक में REO विभाग के अंतर्गत चल रही परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई।
PM JANMAN योजना के तहत धरती आबा का 61 रोड सहित अन्य सभी प्रोजेक्ट्स पर अद्यतन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि—

• सभी पुराने प्रोजेक्ट्स को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जल्द से जल्द पूरा किया जाए।
• कार्य में देरी पर संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा नियमित प्रगति रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराई जाए।

NREP, RCED, REO एवं बिल्डिंग डिवीजन के कार्यों पर समीक्षा

बैठक में NREP, RCED, REO एवं बिल्डिंग डिवीजन के लंबित निर्माण कार्यों की स्थिति पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।
उपायुक्त ने छोटे निर्माण प्रोजेक्ट्स को तय समय सीमा में पूरा करने का निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि—

• अनावश्यक देरी की स्थिति में लापरवाह ठेकेदारों पर शो-कॉज नोटिस जारी किया जाए।
• निर्माण कार्यों की गुणवत्ता से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।

जिला परिषद योजनाएँ—Untied Fund और DMFT के कार्य होंगे तेज

जिला परिषद से संबंधित योजनाओं की समीक्षा के दौरान Untied Fund और DMFT के अंतर्गत चल रहे कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करने पर जोर दिया गया।
छोटी परियोजनाओं को इस माह के अंत तक पूर्ण करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।

MI विभाग एवं रायडीह स्टेडियम निर्माण पर चर्चा

MI विभाग की लंबित परियोजनाओं पर भी बैठक में विस्तार से विमर्श हुआ।
रायडीह में निर्माणाधीन स्टेडियम की प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई, साथ ही नए प्रस्तावित कार्यों की स्वीकृति पर भी चर्चा हुई।

“गुणवत्ता और समयबद्धता सर्वोपरि”—उपायुक्त

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी तकनीकी विभागों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि—

• विकास कार्यों को निर्धारित समयसीमा में पूरा किया जाए।
• सभी परियोजनाओं में गुणवत्ता मानकों का कड़ाई से पालन अनिवार्य है।
• जिले के विकास कार्यों में किसी भी तरह की देरी या लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
