हेेमंत सोरेन के एनडीए में शामिल होने का सोसा एक रणनीति के तहत छोड़ा गया, गोदी मीडिया ने इसे हवा दी

रांची : भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता डॉ. अजय आलोक के राजनीतिक सोसेबाजी के बाद गोदी मीडिया ने इसे लपका और फिर रांची से लेकर दिल्ली तक हेेेेमंत सोरेन की सरकार के भाजपा यानी एनडीए में शामिल होने की चर्चा छिड़ गई. हेमंत सोरेन और कल्पना सोरेन दिल्ली प्रवास से वापस लौट आये हैं. अटकलों के बाजार के बीच वही चुप्पी. और कांग्रेस के नेता बार-बार बयान दे रहे हैं- महागठबंधन एकजुट है. कहीं कोई संकट नहीं. हेमंत सरकार अपना कार्यकाल पूरा करेगी. यह सब भाजपा का प्रोपगेंडा है..वगैरह…वगैरह.

सहज जिज्ञासा होती है कि महागठबंधन के भीतर एकजुटता की मुनादी बार-बार क्यों? मैंने भाजपा के किसी नेता का बयान तो नहीं सुना कि हेमंत एनडीए में शामिल होने जा रहे हैं. या फिर कि यह सरकार अल्पमत में हैं. या होने वाली है.

गोदी मीडिया ने अफवाहों को हवा दी

हां, गोदी मीडिया जरूर इस अफवाह को हवा देती रही है. हालांकि यह बस प्रोपेगेंडा ही है. अब दिल्ली में हेमंत और कल्पना सोरेन की मुलाकात की मुलाकात भाजपा के किसी शीर्ष नेता से हुई, यह तो वे बता रहे हैं, फिर यह भी बता देते कि किस नेता से हुई.

और मान लीजिये यदि हुई भी तो इस बात का क्या आधार है कि हेमंत एनडीए में जाने की डील ही कर रहे हैं. राज्य का एक मुख्यमंत्री दिल्ली गया है. केंद्र में भाजपा की ही सरकार है. सरकार के स्तर पर बातें हो सकती है. काम काज की बातें. जरूरी नहीं कि राजनीति की ही बातें हो.

लेकिन इतनी अफवाहों के बीच भी हेमंत सोरेन की चुप्पी रहस्यमय है. उन्हें यह नहीं लगता कि सरकार के भविष्य को लेकर इस तरह की निरंतर चलती अफवाहों से स्थिरता को खतरा है. सरकार का इकबाल ब्यूरोक्रेसी में कमजोर होता है. पिछले दिनों कांग्रेस की एक मंत्री से एक अफसर की हुज्जत का वीडियो वायरल हुआ था. क्या किसी अफसर की यह हिम्मत हो सकती है कि वह जनप्रतिनिधि या मंत्री से इस तरह हुज्जत करे?

झारखंडी कांग्रेसियों में थोड़ी हलचल जरूर मची

दरअसल, कुछ तो गड़बड़ है. बिहार में सीटें नहीं मिलने से हेमंत आहत हैं. उनके एक प्रिय मंत्री ने ऐलानिया कहा कि राजद और कांग्रेस के साथ रिश्तों पर पुनर्विचार होगा. लेकिन अभी तक हुआ नहीं. राजद के चार विधायक हैं, एक मंत्री. अब मंत्री को हटा भी दिया जाये और राजद के चारों विधायक समर्थन वापस ले लें तो सरकार का कुछ नहीं बिगड़ेगा. लेकिन लगता है कि कांग्रेस के भीतर भी विक्षोभ है. विक्षोभ हो न हो, झारखंड में दलबदल कानून की धज्जियां उड़ती रही है.

कहीं मामला उल्टा तो नहीं. महागठबंधन के भीतर की हलचलों को भांप हेमंत सोरेन ही परोक्ष रूप से यह धमकी न दे रहे हों कि ज्यादा तेजी दिखाई तो हम ही एनडीए के साथ मिल कर सरकार बना लेंगे. वरना प्रचंड बहुमत से सत्ता में आई सरकार को लेकर इस तरह अटकलबाजी नहीं होती. और इसलिए कांग्रेस के नेता लगातार मुनादी कर रहे हैं कि महागठबंधन एकजुट है. हेमंत सरकार अपना कार्यकाल पूरा करेगी.

सबसे बड़ा सवाल…अगर ऐसा हो भी जाता तो, झामुमो-भाजपा के गठबंधन से बाबूलाल मरांडी को क्या हासिल होता?

इधर, झारखंड विधानसभा में विपक्ष के नेता बाबूलाल मरांडी को लेकर उनके राजनीतिक भविष्य को लेकर अटकलों का बाजार गर्म हो गया. राजनीतिक पंडितों ने कहा कि मान लीजिए कि यदि हेमंत भाजपा के साथ मिल कर सरकार बना लेते हैं तो क्या होगा? मुख्यमंत्री तो वे ही बनेंगे.. फिर बाबूलाल का क्या होगा? एक बार अर्जुन मुंडा के लिए उनकी कुर्बानी दी थी भाजपा ने, दुबारा हेमंत सोरेन के लिए उनकी कुर्बानी भाजपा देगी? जाहिर है नेता विपक्ष का पद भी नहीं रहेगा.

हां, एक दूर की कल्पना यह है कि भाजपा कल्पना सोरेन को मुख्यमंत्री बना दे और हेमंत को केंद्र में मंत्री बना कर झारखंड की राजनीति से दूर ले जाये. लेकिन बाबूलाल के लिए कोई चांस नहीं दिखता.. वे झारखंड के ‘सुशील मोदी’ हैं.

उनकी स्थिति तो चंपई सोरेन के भाजपा में शामिल होने के बाद ही परेशानी में पड़ने वाली थी. यदि उनकी वजह से भाजपा बहुमत जुटा लेती तो मुख्यमंत्री का पद उनका ही होता.. लेकिन बाबूलाल का सौभाग्य कि चंपई पिट गये. घाटशिला उपचुनाव में बेटे की पराजय के बाद उनकी स्थिति और भी कमजोर हो गयी है भाजपा में. उनसे बाबूलाल को कोई खतरा नहीं.

लेकिन यदि झामुमो और भाजपा के बीच समझौता हुआ तो बाबूलाल की स्थिति दोयम दर्जे की हो जायेगी. भाजपा में गये आदिवासी नेताओं का बस इस्तेमाल ही करती है पार्टी. वह मूलतः सौदागरों की पार्टी है..

काश! भाजपा की चाकरी करने वाले झारखंडी नेता भाजपा का पट्टा गले में लपेटने के पहले यह समझ पाते. वैसे, मैं यह सब सिर्फ मोदी जी के मौसम का मजा लेने के लिए लिख रहा हूं..
