गुमला में धान अधिप्राप्ति सत्र की तैयारी तेज, अब 7 दिनों में किसानों को मिलेगी पूरी राशि

गुमला। आगामी धान अधिप्राप्ति सत्र को लेकर गुमला प्रशासन पूरी तरह सक्रिय हो गया है। शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर अपर समाहर्ता की अध्यक्षता में कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग की महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में अधिप्राप्ति व्यवस्था को पारदर्शी और सुचारू बनाने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

बैठक में अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस वर्ष किसानों को होने वाली प्रमुख सुविधा यह होगी कि धान बिक्री के बाद सात दिनों के भीतर पूरी राशि सीधे उनके बैंक खातों में भेज दी जाएगी। अब तक किसानों को भुगतान दो किस्तों में मिलता था, जिससे कई बार उन्हें आर्थिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता था।

रबी मौसम में आपदा की आशंका को देखते हुए फसल बीमा से अधिक से अधिक किसानों को जोड़ने और प्रखंडवार निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुसार प्रगति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। ग्रामीण स्तर पर जागरूकता अभियान तेज करने के भी निर्देश दिए गए।

अधिकारियों ने यह भी जानकारी दी कि 15 दिसंबर 2025 से जिले के सभी लैम्पस/पैक्स केंद्रों में धान क्रय शुरू होने की संभावना है। इस बीच प्रशासन को सूचना मिली है कि कुछ बिचौलिये किसानों से कम दाम पर धान खरीदने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। बैठक में इस पर गंभीर चिंता जताते हुए अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया गया कि किसान जागरूक किए जाएं कि वे अपना धान केवल लैम्पस/पैक्स केंद्रों पर ही बेचें, ताकि न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) का पूरा लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें।

बिचौलियों की गतिविधियों पर रोक लगाने और उन पर त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने पर भी जोर दिया गया।

बैठक में जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, सभी BTM–ATM और संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। प्रशासन ने कहा कि धान अधिप्राप्ति सत्र को पारदर्शी, समयबद्ध और किसानों के हित में संचालित करना सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।
