सिसई कॉलेज में खाद्य सुरक्षा जागरूकता अभियान, 46 बटालियन एनसीसी झारखंड कैंप में 300 से अधिक विद्यार्थियों की सक्रिय भागीदारी

गुमला। बी.एन. जलान कॉलेज सिसई में 46 बटालियन एनसीसी झारखंड के सहयोग से खाद्य सुरक्षा जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें 300–400 छात्रों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने किया। विद्यार्थियों को खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़ी आवश्यक जानकारी और स्वस्थ आहार की आदतों के बारे में जागरूक किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में विद्यार्थियों को ईट राइट इंडिया अभियान, “आज से थोड़ा कम तेल, चीनी और नमक” का संदेश, फोर्टीफाइड फूड के फायदे, खाद्य सामग्री खरीदते समय लेबलिंग जांचने की आवश्यकता और दैनिक जीवन में मिलेट्स के उपयोग के महत्व पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।
साथ ही कॉलेज के 60 से अधिक छात्र-छात्राओं को खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों पर विशेष प्रशिक्षण भी दिया गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने मौके पर ही दूध एवं दूध उत्पादों में मिलावट की जांच, आयोडीन से टेस्ट, फूड कलर की जांच और अन्य ऑन-द-स्पॉट टेस्ट करके विद्यार्थियों को मिलावट पहचानने का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया।

कार्यक्रम के बाद खाद्य सुरक्षा टीम द्वारा कॉलेज रोड और थाना रोड में औचक निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान फूड जंक्शन, एस.एन.जेड रेस्टोरेंट, उत्तम जनरल स्टोर, विश्वनाथ स्टोर, जयसवाल मेडिकल स्टोर, अमन स्टोर, अरवि फास्ट फूड, श्री बालाजी किराना स्टोर, राजेश किराना जनरल स्टोर और बैजू स्टोर की जांच की गई।

निरीक्षण के दौरान दुकानदारों को साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने, मान्य लाइसेंस रखने और डुप्लीकेट या अवैध खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री नहीं करने का स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया गया।
