DAV स्कूल की बसों में बड़ी लापरवाही उजागर: DTO की सख्त कार्रवाई, ₹43,000 का जुर्माना और एक वाहन जब्त

गुमला। स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर गुमला जिला प्रशासन का सख्त रुख लगातार तीसरे दिन भी जारी रहा। 05 दिसंबर 2025 को जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) और जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (DEO) की संयुक्त टीम ने DAV स्कूल, गुमला में जांच अभियान चलाया। जांच के दौरान स्कूल बसों और निजी वाहनों में गंभीर अनियमितताएँ सामने आईं। नियमों की अवहेलना के चलते एक विंगर वाहन जब्त किया गया और विभिन्न खामियों पर कुल ₹43,000 का चालान काटा गया।

स्कूल बसों में मिली गंभीर लापरवाही, प्रिंसिपल को फटकार

जांच टीम ने बसों में कई सुरक्षा मानकों की अनदेखी पाई, जिस पर स्कूल प्रबंधन को कड़ी चेतावनी दी गई। मुख्य खामियाँ इस प्रकार रहीं:

• एक्सपायर्ड फायर एक्सटिंग्विशर: कई बसों में लगाए गए अग्निशामक यंत्रों की वैधता समाप्त हो चुकी थी।
• CCTV और GPS की कमी: अधिकांश बसों में यह अनिवार्य सुरक्षा उपकरण मौजूद नहीं थे।
• अवैध अतिरिक्त लाइट: नियमों के विरुद्ध लगी अतिरिक्त लाइटों पर भारी चालान लगाया गया।

अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट कहा कि ऐसी लापरवाही बच्चों की सुरक्षा के साथ खिलवाड़ है और किसी भी स्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

जांच की भनक लगते ही भागे वाहन, अभिभावकों पर भी कार्रवाई

जैसे ही जांच अभियान की जानकारी फैली, कई टेंपो और निजी वाहन वहां से भागते हुए देखे गए।
इस स्थिति में कई अभिभावकों को जल्दबाजी में स्कूल पहुंचकर बच्चों को लेने आना पड़ा।

• बिना हेलमेट आए अभिभावकों पर जुर्माना: कई गार्जियन बिना हेलमेट पहुंचे थे, जिनका ऑनलाइन चालान काटा गया।
• अधिकारियों ने दोहराया— “सिर की सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि है।”

प्राइवेट गाड़ियों को कमर्शियल में बदलने की अंतिम चेतावनी

जांच में यह भी पाया गया कि कई वाहन प्राइवेट नंबर प्लेट (सफेद प्लेट) पर ही व्यावसायिक परिवहन कर रहे थे।

• DTO ने ऐसे सभी वाहन चालकों को अगले माह तक कमर्शियल नंबर (पीली प्लेट) में बदलने का अंतिम निर्देश जारी किया।
• DTO ने कहा कि “थोड़ी-सी बचत के चक्कर में बच्चों की जान जोखिम में नहीं डाली जा सकती।”

स्कूलों को सख्त निर्देश

परिवहन विभाग ने साफ किया है कि स्कूली बच्चों के परिवहन के लिए इस्तेमाल होने वाले सभी वाहनों में—

• लाइसेंस
• बीमा
• परमिट
• फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट

जैसे अनिवार्य दस्तावेजों का होना जरूरी है। नियमों का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर स्कूल प्रबंधन पर भी कार्रवाई होगी।

इस जांच अभियान में DTO, DEO के साथ मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह और प्रदीप तिर्की भी शामिल थे।
