गिरिडीह जिला अधिवक्ता संघ के चुनाव में फिर एक बार प्रकाश सहाय और चुन्नूकांत ने बाजी मारी, सहाय तीसरी बार अध्यक्ष और चुन्नूकांत चौथी बार महासचिव बने

गिरिडीह : जिला अधिवक्ता संघ का चुनाव शनिवार को काफी गहमागहमी के के बीच सम्पन्न हुआ। दो वर्षीय चुनाव में 16 पदों के लिए 43 उम्मीदवार चुनाव मैदान में डटे थे। मतदान की तय समय सीमा दोपहर तीन बजे तक कुल 816 अधिवक्ता वोटरों में से 739 ने अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया। शाम 5 बजे से प्रारंभ हुई वोटों की गिनती के बाद अध्यक्ष पद पर एक बार फिर प्रकाश सहाय  निर्वाचित हुए और सचिव पद पर भी चुन्नूकांत निर्वाचित हुए।

देर शाम आए चुनाव परिणामों के मुताबिक तीसरी बार एसोसिएशन के वर्तमान अध्यक्ष प्रकाश सहाय एक बार फिर सत्र 2025 से लेकर 2027 तक के लिए निर्वाचित हुए. वहीं एसोसिएशन के महासचिव चुन्नूकान्त चौथी बार निर्वाचित हुए. विजयी प्रकाश सहाय को 497 वोट मिला, वहीं सुखदेव भास्कर को 222 और मोहम्मद शाहनवाज को 17 वोट मिले। महासचिव के उम्मीदवार चुन्नूकांत को 351, अजय सिन्हा मंटू को 121, दशरथ प्रसाद को 247 वोट मिले और उमेश चंद्र त्रिवेदी को 18 वोट हासिल हो सके।

उपाध्यक्ष पद के उम्मीदवर विजयी विशाल आंनद को 390  और उनके निकटतम प्रतिद्वंदी बालगोविंद साहू को 329  वोट मिले। इसी तरह जॉइंट सचिव (प्रशासनिक) पद के उम्मीदवर शिवेंद्र सिन्हा को सबसे अधिक 269  मनोज यादव को 267 और पंचानन्द मुनि को 123 और मोहम्मद शेर अली अंसारी के खाते में 78 वोट गये। जॉइंट सचिव (लाइब्रेरी) पद के उम्मीदवार विजयी सुबोनील सामन्तो को 269 ज्योतिष सिन्हा को 186, शिव कुमार गुप्ता को 226 वोट हासिल हुए।

कोषाध्यक्ष पद के विजयी उम्मीदवार अमित सिन्हा को सबसे अधिक 378, तुलसी महतो को 254 और मीरा कुमारी को 90 वोट हासिल हुए। सह कोषाध्यक्ष के पद के विजयी  उम्मीदवार दिनेश राणा को 387, चंदन सिन्हा को 314 और धीरज सिन्हा को 33 वोट मिले। हालांकि जॉइंट सचिव पद प्रशासनिक की मतगणना पर एक उम्मीदवार मनोज यादव की चुनौती के बाद पुर्न्मतगणना की जा रही है।

न्यूज पोस्ट किये जाने तक कार्यकारिणी ने नौ पद ने लिए गिनती जारी रही। इधर, जारी परिणाम के बाद विनर उम्मीदवारों के समर्थकों ने विजय जुलूस निकाला. जमकर आतिशबाजी कर मिठाइयां बाटी गयीं।

इससे पहले आज सुबह बार भवन परिसर में उत्साह के माहौल में मतदान की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ हुई। निष्पक्ष और शांतिपूर्ण मतदान के लिए स्टेट बार काउन्सिल ने बतौर ऑब्जरर्वर अधिवक्ता मृत्युन्ज्य कुमार और अधिवक्ता बालेश्वर प्रसाद  नियुक्त किये गये। वहीं पूरी मतदान प्रक्रिया में अधिवक्ताओं की तीन सदस्यीय टीम क्रमश: महेन्द्र देव, प्रमोद सिंह केशव दाराद की देखरेख में सम्पन्न हुई। सभी 16 पदों के लिए अलग-अलग मतपेटी टेबल लगाई गई थी, जहां अधिक्ताओं ने गुप्त मतदान में भाग लिया।
