निदेशक लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन ने मनरेगा और जनकल्याण योजनाओं का किया निरीक्षण

गुमला: गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में निदेशक लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, विद्या भूषण कुमार ने प्रखंड रायडीह अंतर्गत सिकोई पंचायत के कोपोडीहा गाँव का दौरा कर मनरेगा, ग्रामीण आवास योजना, विद्यालय और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों के क्रियान्वयन की स्थिति का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में मनरेगा योजना के तहत आम बागवानी सहित विभिन्न परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। अर्जुन गोप की आम बागवानी योजना स्थल पर घेराबंदी और योजना बोर्ड अनुपस्थित पाए जाने पर निदेशक ने कनीय अभियंता और रोजगार सेवक को तुरंत सुधारात्मक कार्यवाही करने का निर्देश दिया। कनीय अभियंता ने बताया कि योजना बोर्ड निर्माण हेतु नई योजनाओं की सूची प्रेषित कर दी गई है।

रोमानियोस तिर्की एवं अमृत खलखो के बागवानी प्रोजेक्ट का निरीक्षण करते समय पाया गया कि योजना स्थल पर बोर्ड लगाया गया है और पौधों की सुरक्षा हेतु उचित घेराबंदी की गई है। लाभुकों ने सिंचाई व्यवस्था के बारे में बताया कि कुएँ से सिंचाई की जा रही है और जल उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित है।

ग्रामीण आवास योजना के तहत निर्माणाधीन आवासों का निरीक्षण भी किया गया और लाभुकों को निर्धारित समय पर निर्माण पूर्ण करने हेतु प्रेरित किया गया। आवश्यक तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन भी प्रदान किया गया।

आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र कापोटोली का निरीक्षण करने पर केंद्र संचालन में पाया गया। सेविका ने बताया कि कुल 15 बच्चे नामांकित हैं, जिनमें से 09 बच्चे उपस्थित थे। बच्चों को नाश्ते में हलुआ और दोपहर के भोजन में दाल-चावल उपलब्ध कराया गया।

समीप स्थित जलमिनार के विषय में निदेशक ने कनीय अभियंता और प्रखंड समन्वयक को संचालन एवं कार्यशील स्थिति की विस्तृत जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान निदेशक लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन ने कहा कि सरकार की प्रत्येक योजना का लाभ पात्र लाभुकों तक समयबद्ध रूप से पहुंचे और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित की जाए। सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए हैं और अपेक्षा की गई है कि निरीक्षण में प्राप्त कमियों को शीघ्र दूर कर योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाया जाए।
