उपायुक्त की ऑनलाइन बैठक: 03 फरवरी से शुरू होने वाली बोर्ड परीक्षा को लेकर सभी विद्यालयों को कड़े निर्देश

गुमला: आगामी 03 फरवरी से शुरू होने वाली मैट्रिक एवं इंटर की बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी को लेकर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा जिले के सभी विद्यालय प्रधानों के साथ एक विस्तृत ऑनलाइन समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट कहा कि 23 दिसंबर के बाद क्रिसमस, नववर्ष एवं शीतकालीन अवकाश के कारण पढ़ाई का समय कम हो जाएगा, इसलिए विद्यालयों को अभी से सुदृढ़ कार्ययोजना बनाते हुए विशेषकर कमजोर विद्यार्थियों पर पूरी ऊर्जा के साथ काम करना होगा।

रेमेडियल क्लास, दैनिक अभ्यास और व्यवस्थित पुनरावृत्ति अनिवार्य

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि—

• रेमेडियल कक्षाएं नियमित रूप से संचालित हों,
• कोर टीम द्वारा भेजे जा रहे दैनिक अभ्यास प्रश्नों का अभ्यास कराया जाए,
• सभी विषयों के महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं की पुनरावृत्ति विशेष रूप से सुनिश्चित की जाए।

बैठक में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां सहित जिले के 12 प्रखंडों के सरकारी, निजी, अल्पसंख्यक एवं स्थापना अनुमति प्राप्त विद्यालयों के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए। कस्तूरबा विद्यालयों की वार्डन, एपीओ, बीपीओ और अन्य शिक्षा कर्मी भी बैठक से जुड़े।

मॉक टेस्ट के परिणाम चिंता का विषय

पिछले माह जिले में आयोजित मॉक टेस्ट के परिणामों ने चिंता बढ़ाई है—

• कक्षा 10: 1000 से अधिक छात्र परीक्षा में अनुपस्थित रहे, 1,574 विद्यार्थी रेड जोन में पाए गए।
• कक्षा 12: पाँच हजार से अधिक छात्र उपस्थित हुए, लेकिन 500 से अधिक का प्रदर्शन संतोषजनक नहीं रहा।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इन सभी कमजोर विद्यार्थियों पर विद्यालय स्तर से विशेष निगरानी की आवश्यकता है।

कमजोर परिणाम पर सख्त कार्रवाई—बेहतर कार्य पर सम्मान

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट कहा कि—

• बोर्ड परीक्षा में खराब परिणाम देने वाले विद्यालयों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
• सरकारी शिक्षकों का वार्षिक इंक्रीमेंट रोका जा सकता है।
• संविदा शिक्षकों की सेवा समाप्त की जा सकती है।
• निजी एवं स्थापना स्वीकृति प्राप्त विद्यालयों की मान्यता की पुनर्समीक्षा तथा अनुदान पर रोक भी लग सकती है।

इसके साथ ही बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों को सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
उपायुक्त ने कहा—
“शिक्षकों के हाथों में बच्चों का भविष्य है, अतः सभी शिक्षक अपने विद्यार्थियों को अपना मानकर पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी से कार्य करें।”

10 जनवरी को कमजोर विद्यार्थियों के लिए विशेष मॉक टेस्ट

जिले के सभी चिन्हित कमजोर विद्यार्थियों के लिए 10 जनवरी को विशेष मॉक टेस्ट आयोजित किया जाएगा।

• पासिंग मार्क्स को ध्यान में रखकर विशेष अभ्यास कराया जाएगा।
• लेखन कौशल पर जोर दिया जाएगा।
• प्रत्येक विषय के महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्नों का दोहराव कराया जाएगा।

विद्यालयों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि—

• किसी भी विद्यालय में एक साथ दो से अधिक शिक्षकों का अवकाश स्वीकृत न हो।
• सभी निजी विद्यालयों का नियमित निरीक्षण किया जाए।
• फायर एवं अन्य सुरक्षा मॉक ड्रिल कराई जाए।
• किसी भी विद्यालय में बेसमेंट में कक्षाएं संचालित न हों।

साथ ही डीईओ और डीएसई को निर्देश दिया गया कि प्रतिदिन कुछ विद्यालयों की रैंडम जाँच कर वीडियो कॉल के माध्यम से शिक्षण कार्य और शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति की वास्तविक स्थिति की पुष्टि करें।
