गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा निरीक्षण ,चॉकलेट व भुना चना (नमकीन) सैंपल लेब भेजा गया

गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश ले आलोक में आज जिला मुख्यालय गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुगी के नेतृत्व में आयोजित विशेष निरीक्षण अभियान के तहत शहर की कई दुकानों पर छापेमारी की गई। यह निरीक्षण भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण (FSSAI), नई दिल्ली और खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त कार्यालय, राँची के निर्देशानुसार किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान, चॉकलेट और रोस्टेड चना (नमकीन) उत्पादों के सैंपल जमा कर लिए गए, जिन्हें आगे की जांच के लिए प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया। अधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि दुकानदारों को किसी भी प्रकार के “अखाद्य कलर / नकली रंगों” के उपयोग से बचने का आदेश दिया गया है।

साथ ही, उपभोक्ताओं को चेतावनी दी गई है कि यदि किसी भी तरह की खाद्य गुणवत्ता या मिलावट संबंधी शिकायत हो, तो वे फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट ऐप के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं — जिससे उनकी शिकायत सीधे खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग तक पहुंचेगी।

यह अभियान खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के उल्लंघन को रोकने, उपभोक्ताओं का स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षित रखने, और अवैध रासायनिक रंगों या मिलावट वाले खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री को नियंत्रित करने के उद्देश्य से चलाया गया।
