DTO टीम का डॉन बॉस्को स्कूल के सामने आकस्मिक छापामार अभियान

रॉन्ग साइड चलाने वालों पर कार्रवाई, ₹60 हजार का जुर्माना वसूला

गुमला: जिले में बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाओं और स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिला प्रशासन ने यातायात नियमों के उल्लंघन पर सख्ती बढ़ा दी है। मंगलवार, 09 दिसंबर 2025 को जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के निर्देश पर मोटरयान निरीक्षक (MVI) रॉबिन अजय सिंह और प्रदीप कुमार तिर्की की टीम ने डॉन बॉस्को स्कूल के पास मुख्य सड़क पर अचानक सघन जाँच अभियान चलाया। अचानक हुई इस कार्रवाई से वाहन चालकों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई।

30 से अधिक चालकों पर कार्रवाई, लगभग ₹60 हजार जुर्माना
अचानक की गई इस जाँच में 30 से अधिक वाहन चालकों को विभिन्न यातायात नियमों के उल्लंघन में पकड़ा गया। टीम ने मौके पर ही कुल ₹59,950 का भारी जुर्माना वसूल किया। अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि यह अभियान केवल दस्तावेज़ों की जाँच तक सीमित नहीं था, बल्कि सड़क पर जोखिम पैदा करने वाले हर व्यवहार पर कार्रवाई की गई।

जाँच के दौरान सामने आए प्रमुख उल्लंघन

• बिना हेलमेट व ट्रिपल राइडिंग: दोपहिया चालकों में सबसे अधिक देखा गया उल्लंघन।
• कागजात की कमी: कई टेंपो, बस और निजी वाहनों में लाइसेंस, बीमा, परमिट और प्रदूषण प्रमाणपत्र नहीं मिले।
• रॉन्ग साइड ड्राइविंग: मुख्य सड़क पर गलत दिशा से आने वाले चालकों पर भी तुरंत कार्रवाई की गई।
• अवैध मॉडिफिकेशन: कई वाहनों में अतिरिक्त लाइट, प्रेशर हॉर्न और मल्टी-टोन हॉर्न लगे मिले।
• ओवरलोडिंग: मालवाहक वाहनों में निर्धारित क्षमता से अधिक सामान लादा पाया गया।

जुर्माना के साथ सड़क सुरक्षा पर जागरूकता भी
अभियान का नेतृत्व कर रहे अधिकारियों ने बताया कि प्रशासन का उद्देश्य केवल जुर्माना वसूलना नहीं, बल्कि लोगों में सड़क सुरक्षा की जागरूकता बढ़ाना है। नियम तोड़ने वालों को मौके पर ही दुर्घटनाओं के खतरों के बारे में समझाया गया और भविष्य में सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग की सख्त हिदायत दी गई।

अचानक जाँच का सिलसिला जारी रहेगा
DTO ने कहा कि जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। ऐसे आकस्मिक अभियान आगे भी बिना पूर्व सूचना के जारी रहेंगे और नियमों की अनदेखी पर और भी कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
