शिशु पंजी सर्वे 11 दिसंबर से 15 जनवरी तक, पहली बार डिजिटल माध्यम से होगा सर्वे

राज्य के स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग द्वारा समग्र शिक्षा के आगामी बजट निर्माण और कार्ययोजना तैयार करने के उद्देश्य से 3 से 18 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के आउट ऑफ स्कूल एवं ड्रॉपआउट बच्चों की पहचान हेतु विद्यालय स्तर पर शिशु पंजी सर्वे कराया जा रहा है। सर्वे शुरू होने से पहले प्रथम चरण में हैबिटेशन मैपिंग का कार्य 11 दिसंबर तक पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

इसी उद्देश्य से आज झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद में जिलास्तरीय पदाधिकारियों के प्रशिक्षण सह समीक्षा कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में सभी जिलों के जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (DEO), जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक (DSE), MIS टीम, आउट ऑफ स्कूल प्रभाग प्रभारी और ADPO उपस्थित रहे।

कार्यशाला को संबोधित करते हुए परियोजना निदेशक शशि रंजन ने कहा कि:

• 11 दिसंबर को डहर 2.0 पोर्टल पर शिशु पंजी सर्वे प्रपत्र जारी किया जाएगा।
• सर्वे 11 दिसंबर 2025 से 15 जनवरी 2025 तक संचालित होगा।
• सभी सरकारी और गैर-सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों की भागीदारी अनिवार्य है।
• सर्वे में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि इस वर्ष सर्वे को पूरी तरह डिजिटल करने के लिए विभाग ने डहर 2.0 पोर्टल और मोबाइल एप तैयार किया है, जो गूगल प्ले स्टोर पर उपलब्ध है। सभी शिक्षकों के लिए एप डाउनलोड करना और उसी के माध्यम से सर्वे करना अनिवार्य किया गया है।

निदेशक ने निर्देश दिया कि जिलास्तरीय अधिकारी कम से कम 10 विद्यालयों का निरीक्षण कर सर्वे प्रक्रिया की निगरानी सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

कार्यक्रम की प्रभाग प्रभारी श्रीमती बिनीता तिर्की ने बताया कि शिक्षकों को आवंटित क्षेत्र के हर घर का सर्वे सुनिश्चित कराने की जिम्मेदारी विद्यालय प्रधान (HM) की होगी।
