गुमला: गुमला जिला के विशुनपुर प्रखंड स्थित जहांगुटवा गांव में महिलाओं के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया गया है। गुमला जिला प्रशासन और जेएसएलपीएस (JSLPS) के सहयोग से यहां पीवीटीजी वन धन विकास केंद्र में आटा मिल और राइस मिल की स्थापना की गई है।
95 महिलाएँ अब खुद करेंगी प्रसंस्करण, बढ़ेगी आमदनी
इन मिलों के शुरू होने से गांव की लगभग 95 महिलाएँ अब अपने क्षेत्र में पैदा होने वाले धान और अन्य अनाजों का स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रसंस्करण (processing) कर सकेंगी।
पहले ये महिलाएँ कच्चा माल बेचती थीं और उन्हें बहुत कम लाभ मिलता था। लेकिन अब:
- मूल्य संवर्धन (Value Addition) का लाभ सीधे महिलाओं को मिलेगा
- तैयार उत्पाद बेचकर उनकी आमदनी में वृद्धि होगी
- वे आर्थिक रूप से और अधिक आत्मनिर्भर बनेंगी
केंद्र से जुड़ी महिलाएँ इस पहल को लेकर उत्साहित हैं और इसे अपने जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव का कदम मान रही हैं।
प्रशासन की योजना — उत्पादन बढ़े, बाज़ार का दायरा भी विस्तृत हो
गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने बताया कि पीवीटीजी समुदाय के सशक्तिकरण और सतत विकास के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। आने वाले समय में:
- मिलों की उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़ाने
- तैयार उत्पादों को बड़े बाज़ारों से जोड़ने
- और अधिक महिलाओं को इस पहल से जोड़ने
की योजना बनाई जा रही है, ताकि यह केंद्र पूरे क्षेत्र में महिला स्वावलंबन का मॉडल बन सके।
पीवीटीजी समुदाय को मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने का प्रयास
प्रशासन का कहना है कि उद्देश्य सिर्फ रोजगार बढ़ाना ही नहीं, बल्कि पीवीटीजी समुदाय को मुख्यधारा में शामिल करते हुए स्थायी आजीविका उपलब्ध कराना है। इस तरह की योजनाएँ उनके जीवन स्तर में स्थायी सुधार लाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगी।
