उपायुक्त की पहल पर शुरू हुआ “प्रोजेक्ट द्वार”, सुदूर पाट क्षेत्रों तक पैदल पहुँचकर ग्रामीणों से संवाद कर रहीं हैं उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित

गुमला: गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा शुरू किए गए अभिनव अभियान “प्रोजेक्ट द्वार” के तहत आज विशुनपुर प्रखंड के बलातूपाठ गांव तक कठिन पगडंडियों पर 7 किलोमीटर पैदल चलकर किसानों, महिलाओं और ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान उन्होंने गांव की वास्तविक परिस्थितियों का प्रत्यक्ष निरीक्षण किया और स्थानीय समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु कई महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए।

दुर्गम इलाकों में पहली बार प्रशासन की सीधी पहुँच

बलातूपाठ गांव, जो हेलता पंचायत से लगभग 7 किलोमीटर दूर पाट क्षेत्र में स्थित है, वहां पहुँचकर उपायुक्त ने घर-घर जाकर ग्रामीणों की समस्याएँ सुनीं।
लगभग 400 की आबादी वाले इस गांव में:

• 150 सदस्य असुर समुदाय (PVTG) के
• 250 सदस्य उरांव जनजाति के रहते हैं।

उपायुक्त ने दोनों समुदायों से संवाद स्थापित करते हुए उनकी आवश्यकताओं और चुनौतियों को समझा।

सड़क, बिजली, स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा पर त्वरित निर्णय

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों की प्रमुख समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेते हुए निम्नलिखित निर्णय लिए:

1. सड़क निर्माण

• गांव तक सड़क निर्माण का प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत हो चुका है, कार्य जल्द शुरू किया जाएगा।

2. बिजली व्यवस्था

• बिजली की अनियमितता और कनेक्शन से जुड़ी शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए शीघ्र कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया।

3. प्राथमिक विद्यालय

• विद्यालय भवन की जर्जर स्थिति देखकर तत्काल मरम्मत के निर्देश दिए।
• शिक्षक को प्रशिक्षण शिला विभाग द्वारा प्रशिक्षण देने का आदेश भी दिया गया।

4. आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र

• नए भवन निर्माण का प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत है, निर्माण कार्य जल्द शुरू होगा।

5. स्वास्थ्य सुविधा

• गांव में नियमित स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए
  • सेकेंड एएनएम का तत्काल स्थानांतरण,
  • नए ANM को प्रतिदिन गांव में स्वास्थ्य जांच सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश।

6. बैंक खाते

• ग्रामीणों द्वारा बैंक खातों के बंद होने की शिकायत पर
  → शुक्रवार तक सभी खातों को पुनः सक्रिय कराने का निर्देश प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को दिया गया।

शिविर में मिला योजनाओं का सीधा लाभ

उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर आयोजित प्रशासनिक शिविर में ग्रामीणों को कई योजनाओं का लाभ ऑन-द-स्पॉट दिया गया:

• स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण
• आधार, आयुष्मान, राशन कार्ड अपडेट
• सावित्रीबाई फुले किशोरी योजना – 8 छात्राएँ लाभान्वित
• मातृ वंदना योजना – 1 लाभार्थी
• दिव्यांगजन – 2 व्यक्तियों को लाभ
• पेंशन योजनाएँ – 8 लाभार्थी
• धोती-साड़ी योजना – 5
• उज्ज्वला योजना – 4
• श्रम कार्ड – 20
• कृषि विभाग – 40 किसान लाभान्वित
• JSLPS – CCF समूह को ₹12 लाख का चेक प्रदान
• जन्म प्रमाण पत्र – 27, मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र – 1
• अंचल कार्यालय से जुड़े 32 मामलों का तत्काल निष्पादन

पौधरोपण और पोषण जागरूकता

उद्यान विभाग द्वारा 20 सहजन (मोरिंगा) पौधे वितरित किए गए।
उपायुक्त ने स्वयं पौधरोपण कर महिलाओं को सहजन के पौष्टिक लाभ बताए और रोजाना भोजन में उपयोग के लिए प्रेरित किया।

अभियान का उद्देश्य — हर नागरिक तक शासन की सीधी पहुँच

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि “प्रोजेक्ट द्वार” का लक्ष्य है कि विकास योजनाएँ सिर्फ कागज़ों तक सीमित न रहें, बल्कि हर दुर्गम गांव और हर व्यक्ति तक सीधे पहुँचें। प्रशासन आने वाले दिनों में भी ऐसे सुदूर पाट और inaccessible क्षेत्रों का भ्रमण नियमित रूप से करेगा।

इस कार्यक्रम में सिविल सर्जन, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, उद्यान पदाधिकारी, PHED कार्यपालक अभियंता, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
