DTO की कार्रवाई में AG Church School की बसों पर ₹60,000 का जुर्माना, नियमों की अनदेखी पर प्रिंसिपल की लगी ‘क्लास’

गुमला: स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देते हुए गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा बुधवार, 10 दिसंबर 2025 को भी सघन वाहन जाँच अभियान चलाया गया। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) के निर्देश पर मोटरयान निरीक्षक (MVI) की टीम ने AG Church School और Solitier Academy School के पास विशेष जाँच की।
जाँच में गंभीर अनियमितताएँ मिलने पर AG Church School की बसों पर ₹60,000 का त्वरित जुर्माना लगाया गया।

नियमों की अनदेखी पर प्रिंसिपल को फटकार

AG Church School की बसों की जाँच के दौरान DTO ने कई सुरक्षा नियमों के उल्लंघन को अत्यंत गंभीर मानते हुए स्कूल प्रबंधन को कड़ी चेतावनी दी। प्रिंसिपल की ‘क्लास’ लेते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता अस्वीकार्य है।

जाँच में निम्न प्रमुख उल्लंघन पाए गए:

1. एक्सपायर्ड सुरक्षा उपकरण

• बसों में लगे अग्निशामक यंत्र (Fire Extinguisher) एक्सपायर्ड पाए गए, जो आपात स्थिति में गंभीर खतरा बन सकते थे।

2. आवश्यक उपकरणों का अभाव

• कई बसों में CCTV कैमरे और GPS ट्रैकर जैसी अनिवार्य सुरक्षा सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध नहीं थीं।

3. अवैध/अमान्य कागजात

• परमिट, फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट, रोड टैक्स और इंश्योरेंस सहित कई दस्तावेज अमान्य या अधूरे पाए गए।

4. अतिरिक्त लाइटें

• बसों पर नियम विरुद्ध अतिरिक्त लाइटें लगाई गई थीं।

इन गंभीर त्रुटियों को देखते हुए DTO ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए कुल ₹60,000 का जुर्माना लगाया।

Solitier Academy के पास भी हुई जाँच

AG Church School के बाद परिवहन विभाग की टीम ने Solitier Academy School के पास भी विस्तृत जाँच की। टीम ने स्पष्ट किया कि बिना वैध कागजात वाली किसी भी स्कूल बस या निजी वाहन को बच्चों का परिवहन करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

कड़े निर्देश: दस्तावेज़ और सुरक्षा उपकरण अनिवार्य

जिला परिवहन विभाग ने सभी स्कूलों को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है कि:

• स्कूल बसों में वैध लाइसेंस, फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र, बीमा, परमिट आदि दस्तावेज अनिवार्य हों।
• सुरक्षा उपकरण जैसे CCTV, GPS, फर्स्ट एड बॉक्स और अग्निशामक यंत्र हर हाल में कार्यरत अवस्था में होने चाहिए।

DTO ने स्पष्ट किया कि गुमला जिले में सुरक्षित और अनुशासित सड़क परिवहन व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित होने तक यह सघन अभियान निरंतर जारी रहेगा।
