DTO का मेगा अटैक: ओवरलोडिंग और अवैध परिचालन पर बड़ी कार्रवाई, शैलेन्द्र बस जब्त — ₹2.20 लाख का जुर्माना

गुमला। जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा और परिवहन व्यवस्था को सख्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) की अगुवाई में आज बड़े स्तर पर जांच अभियान चलाया गया। स्कूली वाहनों की जांच पूरी करने के बाद टीम ने मालवाहक और यात्री वाहनों पर अचानक कार्रवाई की, जिसमें ओवरलोडिंग, अवैध परिचालन और नियम उल्लंघन पर कुल ₹2.20 लाख का रिकॉर्ड जुर्माना वसूला गया।

अवैध परिचालन पर कार्रवाई, शैलेन्द्र बस जब्त

अभियान के दौरान परिवहन विभाग की टीम के सड़क पर उतरते ही वाहन चालकों में हड़कंप मच गया। जांच का मुख्य फोकस खनिज–विशेषकर बॉक्साइट—ले जाने वाले ट्रक थे, लेकिन यात्री बसें भी जांच के दायरे में आईं।

• ‘शैलेन्द्र’ यात्री बस बिना वैध परमिट के संचालित पाई गई। टीम ने बस को मौके पर ही जब्त कर लिया।
• कई बॉक्साइट लदे ट्रक निर्धारित क्षमता से अधिक माल ढोते पाए गए, जिससे सड़क और यात्रियों की सुरक्षा दोनों खतरे में थीं।
• कई चालकों के पास वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, ऑथोराइजेशन सर्टिफिकेट और अन्य जरूरी दस्तावेज नहीं थे।
• ट्रकों में अवैध अतिरिक्त लाइटें (Extra Lights) लगाई गई थीं, जो नियमों का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है।

DTO ने स्पष्ट संदेश दिया कि खनन परिवहन में लापरवाही और नियमों का उल्लंघन किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

दोपहिया वाहनों पर भी सख्त कार्रवाई

टीम ने दोपहिया चालकों की भी जांच की।

• बिना हेलमेट और ट्रिपल राइडिंग करने वालों पर चालान किया गया।
• कई चालकों के पास ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, इंश्योरेंस, परमिट और PUC जैसे दस्तावेज मान्य नहीं पाए गए।
• रॉन्ग साइड ड्राइविंग करते पकड़े गए युवाओं को जुर्माना के साथ सुरक्षा नियमों के प्रति जागरूक भी किया गया।

घाघरा–देवाकी रोड के पेट्रोल पंप की भी जांच

अभियान के दौरान टीम ने घाघरा–देवाकी रोड स्थित एक पेट्रोल पंप का भी आकस्मिक निरीक्षण किया।

जांच में:

• वाहनों के लिए मुफ्त हवा भरने की सुविधा,
• शौचालय की उपलब्धता,
• अग्निशामक यंत्रों की स्थिति को परखा गया।

कई पंपों पर पॉल्यूशन सेंटर की सुविधा नहीं मिली, जिस पर सुधार के निर्देश दिए गए।

अधिकारियों का संदेश: लक्ष्य राजस्व नहीं, जीवन रक्षा

मोटरयान निरीक्षकों ने बताया कि यह अभियान लोगों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए चलाया गया है।
पकड़े गए चालकों को नियमों के महत्व के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया और आगे से नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करने की चेतावनी दी गई।

अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट कहा कि सघन जांच अभियान जिले में बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के जारी रहेगा, और सुरक्षा मानकों की अनदेखी करने वालों पर सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई होगी।
