बैठक में योजनाओं के त्वरित निष्पादन और शत-प्रतिशत उपलब्धि का लक्ष्य निर्धारित

गुमला। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर उप विकास आयुक्त (DDC) दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय समन्वय समिति की विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले के विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा संचालित विकास योजनाओं, निर्माण कार्यों और जनकल्याण कार्यक्रमों की प्रगति का विस्तृत मूल्यांकन किया गया। सभी विभागों को त्वरित निष्पादन, समयसीमा का पालन, और शत-प्रतिशत उपलब्धि सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, निदेशक DRDA, सिविल सर्जन, SDO चैनपुर, SDO बसिया, LRDC गुमला, LRDC बसिया समेत सभी विभागीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

आयुष्मान मंदिरों तक खराब पहुंच मार्ग पर चर्चा, BDOs को सर्वे का निर्देश

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान बताया गया कि जिले के 106 आयुष्मान मंदिरों तक जाने वाले रास्ते जर्जर हैं।
इस महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई और सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि:

• सभी स्थानों का मैदानी सर्वेक्षण करें
• पहुंच मार्ग निर्माण की सूची तैयार करें
• कार्यान्वयन हेतु एस्टीमेट तैयार कर प्रस्तुत करें

आयुष्मान कार्ड और सिकल सेल अभियान की समीक्षा में निर्देश दिया गया कि संबंधित अधिकारी समन्वय स्थापित कर शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य प्राप्ति सुनिश्चित करें।
जिले ने सिकल सेल अभियान में 98% उपलब्धि दर्ज की है। शेष लाभुकों को जल्द चिन्हित कर अभियान को पूर्णता देने का निर्देश दिया गया।

कल्याण विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा, धूमकुड़िया भवन हेतु भूमि चिन्हित करने का निर्देश

कल्याण विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा में निम्न बिंदुओं पर चर्चा की गई:

• धूमकुड़िया भवन, सarna-मसना स्थल, छात्रवृत्ति योजनाएं
• ग्रामीण कल्याण अस्पताल नागफेनी के मरम्मत कार्य
• मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना के लाभुकों की अद्यतन सूची

सभी अंचल अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि:

• धूमकुड़िया भवन निर्माण हेतु उपयुक्त भूमि चिन्हित कर उपलब्ध कराएं
• छात्रवृत्ति योजनाओं के तहत MPCI मैपिंग में तेजी लाई जाए

उप विकास आयुक्त ने बैंकों को इस कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।

MI योजना और लंबित आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की समीक्षा, समयसीमा में गुणवत्तापूर्ण पूर्णता पर जोर

MI योजना के तहत लंबित आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों के निर्माण कार्य की स्थिति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
निर्माण कार्य में देरी के कारणों पर चर्चा की गई और संबंधित एजेंसियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि:

• सभी लंबित कार्यों को समयसीमा के भीतर,
• गुणवत्ता के साथ,
• पारदर्शी तरीके से पूरा किया जाए।

जिला परिषद द्वारा संचालित निर्माण कार्यों और भूमि विवाद मामलों की समीक्षा करते हुए त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही गई।

जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने का निर्देश

उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी अंचल एवं प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि:

• जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने की प्रक्रिया को शीघ्र,
• सरल,
• और समयबद्ध बनाया जाए, ताकि नागरिकों को बेहतर सेवा मिल सके।

82 आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की अद्यतन स्थिति प्रस्तुत, विधवा पुनर्विवाह योजना पर भी चर्चा

जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान बताया गया कि जिले में 82 आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों का निर्माण लंबित है।
संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया गया कि:

• भूमि संबंधी समस्याओं का समाधान करें
• लंबित कार्यों को तत्काल निष्पादित करें

बैठक में यह भी जानकारी दी गई कि राज्य विधवा पुनर्विवाह प्रोत्साहन योजना के तहत पात्र लाभुक महिलाओं को 2 लाख रुपये की सहायता राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।

अंचल स्तर पर लंबित आवेदनों के त्वरित निपटान का निर्देश

अंचल स्तरीय योजनाओं की समीक्षा में DDC ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि:

• अंचल कार्यालयों में प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों का त्वरित,
• पारदर्शी,
• और प्राथमिकता के साथ निपटान किया जाए।

अन्य विभागों की भी समीक्षा, समन्वय स्थापित कर योजनाओं को सफल बनाने पर बल

बैठक में बिजली विभाग, PHED, कृषि विभाग, उद्यान विभाग, भूमि संरक्षण विभाग सहित अन्य कई विभागों की योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई।
DDC ने सभी अधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय बढ़ाते हुए योजनाओं को सफल और समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।
