गुमला  जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान (11 नवंबर, 2025)
गुमला जिले में लगातार बढ़ रही सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए 11 नवंबर, 2025 को एक सघन सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान चलाया गया। यह पहल गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां के कड़े निर्देशों पर की गई, जिसका नेतृत्व जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (डीटीओ), ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने डी.ए.बी मोड में किया।

अभियान का मुख्य लक्ष्य और दायरा
इस अभियान का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य उन चालकों पर नकेल कसना था, जो बार-बार यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करके दुर्घटनाओं का कारण बन रहे थे। जाँच अभियान का मुख्य फोकस
ओवरलोडिंग वाहन पर था

ओवरलोडिंग: टेंपो एवं टोटो वाहनों में निर्धारित क्षमता से अधिक स्कूली बच्चों को लादना, जो सुरक्षा के लिए एक बड़ा खतरा है।

अमान्य कागज़ात आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों जैसे ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, इंश्योरेंस, परमिट, पॉल्यूशन अंडर कंट्रोल (PUC) सर्टिफिकेट और रोड टैक्स के बिना वाहनों का संचालन।

कड़ी कार्रवाई और जागरूकता
अभियान के दौरान, नियम तोड़ने वाले टेंपो और टोटो को पकड़ा गया। विशेष रूप से, ओवरलोड पाए गए दोनों वाहनों को जब्त कर गुमला थाना परिसर में रखा गया है।
डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने चालकों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने के साथ-साथ उन्हें जागरूक करने पर भी ज़ोर दिया। उन्होंने व्यक्तिगत रूप से चालकों को लापरवाही से होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं के गंभीर परिणामों के बारे में समझाया और उन्हें भविष्य में सभी यातायात नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करने की हिदायत दी।

अधिकारियों की स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी है कि गुमला जिले में सुरक्षित और अनुशासित सड़क परिवहन व्यवस्था स्थापित करने के लिए भविष्य में यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ और भी सख्त कदम उठाए जाएंगे।

यह अभियान गुमला जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा और अनुशासन सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण और निर्णायक कदम है, जिसका उद्देश्य जिले के नागरिकों, विशेषकर स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना है।
