उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में भू-अर्जन विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक, अधिकारियों को दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को जिला भू-अर्जन विभाग की विभिन्न परियोजनाओं की प्रगति को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले में चल रही भू-अर्जन प्रक्रियाओं, भुगतान की वर्तमान स्थिति और लंबित मामलों की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रस्तुत की गई।

उपायुक्त ने सभी बिंदुओं पर विभागीय प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। बैठक में बताया गया कि जिले में भू-अर्जन कार्यालय के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से जुड़ी 4 और राजकीय राजमार्ग से संबंधित 11 प्रमुख सड़क परियोजनाएँ प्रगति पर हैं। इन परियोजनाओं का उद्देश्य जिले की सड़क संरचना को मजबूत बनाना और आवागमन को और अधिक सुगम करना है।

राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग परियोजनाओं पर विशेष चर्चा

बैठक में विशेष रूप से निम्नलिखित NH परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई—

• NH-23 पलमा–गुमला चौड़ीकरण
• भारतमाला परियोजना अंतर्गत CG/JH बॉर्डर से गुमला तक NH-43 खंड
• गुमला बाईपास निर्माण
• NH-143D जमतली–रांची–संभलपुर इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि ये सभी परियोजनाएँ जिले के आर्थिक एवं अवसंरचनात्मक विकास के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। उन्होंने इन्हें निर्धारित समयावधि के भीतर पूरा करने पर जोर दिया।

11 राजकीय राजमार्ग परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा

राजकीय राजमार्ग से जुड़ी 11 परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई। इनमें
कोनसा–बकसपुर,
पुत्रीटोली–डोलंगसेरा,
सिसई–लापुंग–डोड़मा,
कोचेडेगा–रामरेखा,
रोकेडेगा–बिलिंगबीरा
आदि मार्गों का चौड़ीकरण और पुनर्निर्माण शामिल है।
इन परियोजनाओं से प्रखंड एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सड़क कनेक्टिविटी में उल्लेखनीय सुधार की उम्मीद जताई गई।

लंबित भुगतान मामलों पर निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने गुमला एवं रायडीह अंचल अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि पंजी-2 की प्रतियाँ शीघ्र जिला भू-अर्जन कार्यालय में उपलब्ध कराएँ, ताकि लंबित मामलों के भुगतान कार्य को तुरंत शुरू किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि भुगतान में देरी से परियोजनाओं की समय-सीमा प्रभावित होती है, इसलिए
राजस्व फाइल निस्तारण, सत्यापन और मुआवजा वितरण को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी जाए।

NH-23 पलमा–गुमला चौड़ीकरण परियोजना को जल्द पूरा करने के लिए भी विशेष निर्देश जारी किए गए।

समन्वय और पारदर्शिता पर जोर

बैठक में विभागीय समन्वय को और सुदृढ़ बनाने, कार्यप्रणालियों में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने और सभी प्रक्रियाओं को समयबद्ध ढंग से पूरा करने पर बल दिया गया।

बैठक में जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे और अपने-अपने स्तर पर की गई प्रगति की जानकारी साझा की।
