उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस सम्पन्न, विभिन्न मामलों पर शीघ्र कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला :
गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आज साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में किया गया। जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और दूरस्थ गांवों से पहुँचे नागरिकों ने अपनी-अपनी समस्याएँ प्रशासन के समक्ष रखीं। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए उन्हें निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत संबंधित शाखाओं को आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु भेजा।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस प्रशासन और जनता के बीच संवाद का प्रभावी माध्यम है तथा प्रत्येक शिकायत का समाधान नियमसम्मत और पारदर्शी तरीके से किया जाएगा।

बैठक में प्रमुख रूप से उठे मुद्दे

1. उग्रवाद प्रभावित परिजनों की सुरक्षा व स्थानांतरण की मांग

रायडीह अंचल की एक आवेदिका ने बताया कि उनके पति की उग्रवादियों द्वारा हत्या कर दी गई थी। इस कारण वे वर्तमान पदस्थापन स्थल पर कार्य करने में भय महसूस करती हैं। उन्होंने अनुरोध किया कि उनका स्थानांतरण जिले के किसी सुरक्षित कार्यालय में किया जाए।

2. भूमि विवाद और जान से मारने की धमकी का मामला

मौजा बसुआ, थाना गुमला के निवासी महावीर उरांव ने बताया कि वे खाता संख्या 468 की 3.78 एकड़ खरीदी गई भूमि पर वर्षों से खेती कर रहे हैं, लेकिन चरवा उरांव, बंधनु उरांव और बसिया उरांव द्वारा लगातार विरोध किया जा रहा है।
आवेदक ने आरोप लगाया कि विरोधी पक्ष उन्हें फसल काटने से रोक रहा है और जान से मारने की धमकी भी दे रहा है। उन्होंने सुरक्षा प्रदान करने और भूमि विवाद के समाधान की मांग की।

3. विकलांग महिला की आवास संबंधी समस्या

कसीरा, थाना गुमला की सुन्नी देवी ने कहा कि वह विकलांग हैं और उनके मकान (बीटा नंबर 1, प्लॉट नंबर 1810) के निकास मार्ग को कुछ ग्रामीणों ने अवैध रूप से घेर दिया है।
मार्ग अवरुद्ध होने के कारण उन्हें बच्चों सहित अन्य स्थान पर रहना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने घर का रास्ता अवरोधमुक्त कराने का अनुरोध किया।

4. खेल प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों में मरम्मतीकरण कार्य का भुगतान लंबित

एक आवेदन में आवासीय एथलेटिक्स बालक प्रशिक्षण केंद्र और आवासीय फुटबॉल बालिका प्रशिक्षण केंद्र में किए गए मरम्मतीकरण एवं सुसज्जीकरण कार्य का विवरण दिया गया।
आवेदक ने बताया कि कुल राशि में से ₹27,46,293 का भुगतान हो चुका है, जबकि ₹7,78,314 अब भी लंबित है। उन्होंने शेष राशि का भुगतान जल्द करने का आग्रह किया।

आवेदन से जुड़े अन्य मुद्दे और ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान कई अन्य नागरिक भी

• आयुष्मान कार्ड,
• आधार कार्ड,
• राशन कार्ड,
• तथा विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं

से जुड़ी समस्याओं को लेकर पहुँचे।
कई मामलों का समाधान स्थल पर ही किया गया।
उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि प्राप्त आवेदनों का समयबद्ध निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए और जन शिकायतों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निपटाया जाए।

नागरिकों को जानकारी और प्रशासन की अपील

उपायुक्त ने उपस्थित नागरिकों से कहा कि सभी शिकायतों का समाधान कानूनसम्मत एवं पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया के तहत किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि—

• जिला स्तर पर मंगलवार और शुक्रवार को जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस,
• प्रखंड एवं अंचल स्तर पर साप्ताहिक शिविर,
• प्रत्येक शनिवार को अंचल दिवस,
• तथा प्रत्येक माह की 26 तारीख को थाना दिवस आयोजित किया जाता है।

उपायुक्त ने लोगों से आग्रह किया कि वे इन अवसरों का उपयोग कर अपनी समस्याएँ सीधे प्रशासन के समक्ष रखें।
