गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा के पदाधिकारी विद्या भूषण द्वारा सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने रोगी भर्ती वार्ड, किचन रूम, दवा वितरण कक्ष, इमरजेंसी वार्ड, ओपीडी सहित कई महत्वपूर्ण इकाइयों का जायजा लिया।
मरीजों व परिजनों से सीधी बातचीत
निरीक्षण के क्रम में अधिकारी ने भर्ती मरीजों और उनके परिजनों से बातचीत की।
मरीज और परिजनों ने अस्पताल में उपलब्ध चिकित्सीय सेवाओं को संतोषजनक बताया।
- सर्जिकल वार्ड में भर्ती मरीज : 32
- जनरल वार्ड में भर्ती मरीज : 119
- ओपीडी निबंधन : 659 मरीज
- आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत : 13
उपाधीक्षक ने बताया कि भर्ती एवं बाह्य रोगियों को यथासंभव बेहतर उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। मरीज की स्थिति और आवश्यकता के अनुसार उन्हें उच्च केंद्रों के लिए रेफर भी किया जाता है।
किचन सहित अन्य इकाइयों का निरीक्षण
किचन निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारी ने आवश्यक सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए।
दवा वितरण कक्ष निरीक्षण में बताया गया कि अस्पताल में 600 प्रकार की दवाएँ उपलब्ध हैं।
हालांकि, निरीक्षण में जन औषधि केंद्र बंद पाया गया।
कर्मियों की उपस्थिति की जाँच, अनुपस्थितों से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया
निरीक्षण के दौरान पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों की उपस्थिति पंजी की भी जाँच की गई।
कुछ कर्मी अनुपस्थित पाए गए, जिनके विरुद्ध कारण-पृच्छा (स्पष्टीकरण) के लिए
उपाधीक्षक सदर हॉस्पिटल गुमला को निर्देशित किया गया।
