गिरिडीह : दस करोड़ की लागत से वाटरफॉल ईको पर्यटन के रूप में होगा विकसित : मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार

गिरिडीह के उसरी झरने को दस करोड़ की लागत से इको पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में विकसित करने की कवायद शुरू

गिरिडीह, (कमलनयन) : हिन्दी, बांग्ला की कई सुपरहिट फिल्मों की आउटडोर शूटिंग के गवाह रहे एवं कविवर गुरुदेव रवीन्द्र नाथ टैगोर की कविताओं में स्थान पाने वाले उसरी झरने को दस करोड़ की लागत से इको पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में विकसित करने की कवायद शुरू हो गई है।

शनिवार को झारखंड सरकार के पर्यटन मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार, उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव, एसपी डा. विमल कुमार और डीएफओ मनीष तिवारी ने एक विशेष कार्यकम में शिलान्यास किया।

बताया गया कि मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार के प्रयासों से गिरिडीह वाटरफॉल का विस्तार और विकास होगा, जहां पर्यटकों के लिए कई आधुनिक सुविधाएं जैसे टूरिस्ट हट, पार्क और शौचालय का निर्माण होगा। साथ ही वाटर फॉल को प्लास्टिक-मुक्त क्षेत्र बनाने की घोषणा की गई है। ताकि पर्यावरण संतुलित व स्वच्छ रहे और आनेवाले पर्यटकों को अच्छा अनुभव मिले।

पर्यटक स्थलों को राष्ट्रीय-अन्तरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने की कोशिश होगी: मंत्री

अपने सम्बोधन में मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने बदलाव को लेकर विस्तार से अपनी योजना को साझा किया और कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश के तमाम प्रमुख पर्यटक स्थलों को विकसित कर राष्ट्रीय-अन्तरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रही है।

इस दौरान डीएफओ मनीष तिवारी ने कहा कि दो वाच टावर, अतिथिगृह, आधुनिक रेस्टोरेन्ट एव अन्य जरूरी कार्य किये जाने हैं, जिससे सैलानी पूरे पिकनिक स्पॉट की सुंदरता निहार सकते हैं। सैलानियों के लिए शौचालय निर्माण, बच्चों के लिए खेलने की जगह के साथ कैफ़ेटेरिया का निर्माण होना है। सैलनियों का वेलकम प्रवेश द्वार के साथ होगा। बच्चों के लिए झूले लगने हैं। इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन भी चलाए जाएंगे।

कार्यक्रम में जेएमएम जिलाध्यक्ष संजय सिंह समेत वाटर फाल सुरक्षा समिति के सदस्य पार्टी के अनेक कार्यकर्ता और गण्य माण्य लोग मौजूद थे।

गौरतलब है कि अनुपम प्राकृतिक सुंदरता से आच्छादित इलाके का प्रमुख पिकनिक स्पाट, उसरी फॉल में कई सुप्रसिद्ध हिंदी व बांग्ला फिल्म की शूटिंग हुई हैl जिसमें बाबा वैद्यनाथ धाम पर बनायी गई धार्मिक हिन्दी फिल्म “गंगा धाम” महातीर्थ काली घाट, गुलमोहर, दुरंतो चटाई, कई अन्य बांग्ला की चर्चित फिल्में शामिल हैं।

इसके अलावा कई खोरठा और भोजपुरी एलबम की शूटिंग होती रही है। नोबेल पुरस्कार प्राप्त गुरुदेव रवीद्र नाथ टैगोर ने अपनी कविताओं में इसकी प्राकृतिक सौन्दर्यता को स्थान दिया है।

बता दें कि प्राकृतिक सुंदरता से आच्छादित चारों ओर जंगलों से घिरे उसरी फॉल में हदहृद की ध्वनि गिरते पानी के कारण स्थानीय लोग हदहदवा भी कहते हैं. झरने के आसपास पक्षियों की चहचहाहट बरबस पर्यटकों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करती है। हर साल दिसंबर शुरू होने के साथ ही यहां पर पर्यटकों का आने का क्रम शुरू हो जाता है, ज़ो फरवरी-मार्च माह तक जारी रहता है।

इन तीन महीनों में काफी संख्या में पर्यटक पिकनिक मनाने और घूमने के लिए आते हैं। युगल जोड़ों के लिए तो वाटरफॉल उम्दा पर्यटन स्थल है। स्वच्छ वातावरण के कारण यहां आनेवाले पर्यटक घंटों यहां की प्राकृतिक छटाओं को निहारते रहते हैं. पिकनिक मनाने के साथ-साथ कई लोग यहां झरने में नहाना भी पसंद करते हैं।

गिरिडीह जिला मुख्यालय से लगभग 12 किमी की दूरी पर धनबाद जाने के रास्ते उसरी फॉल पड़ता है। तोरण द्वार से आगे बढ़ने पर सड़क के किनारे बड़े-बड़े पेड़ व जंगल शीतल हवा का एहसास कराने लगते हैं. घुमावदार रास्ते से होते हुए पर्यटक यहां तक पहुंचते हैं. इस स्थल पर पर्यटक समूह में पहुंचकर अलग-अलग स्थानों पर बैठकर पिकनिक मनाते हैं। गीत-संगीत के बीच सेल्फी और फोटो खिंचवाने के बगैर इसकी याद अधूरी मानी जाती है।

अधिकांश पर्यटक झारखंड-बिहार और पश्चिम बंगाल से पहुंचते हैं। बंगाल से पहुंचने वाले पर्यटकों की संख्या अधिक होती है. लोग अपने दोस्तों या फिर परिवार के साथ यहां पहुंचकर पिकनिक मनाते हैं और प्रकृति का लुत्फ उठाते हैं।
