बसिया अंचल दिवस में 122 आवेदनों पर सुनवाई, 93 मामलों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार नागरिकों की अंचल से संबंधित समस्याओं के त्वरित एवं प्रभावी समाधान के उद्देश्य से हर शनिवार आयोजित होने वाले विशेष अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम की कड़ी में शनिवार को बसिया प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में अंचल दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में एक ही छत के नीचे मौजूद अधिकारियों की टीम ने आम लोगों की समस्याएं सुनकर संवेदनशीलता के साथ उनका समाधान किया, जिससे नागरिकों को बड़ी राहत मिली।

अंचल दिवस में मुख्य रूप से अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (एसडीओ) बसिया, एलआरडीसी बसिया, अंचल अधिकारी बसिया, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी और कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

93 मामलों का तत्काल समाधान

आज के अंचल दिवस में कुल 122 आवेदनों पर सुनवाई हुई, जिनमें से 93 आवेदनों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन किया गया।

• दाखिल-खारिज (म्यूटेशन) के सभी 18 मामलों का निष्पादन
• जाति, आय एवं आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र के 37 मामलों का समाधान
• सर्वजन पेंशन प्रमाण पत्र के 20 मामलों का निष्पादन एवं प्रमाण पत्र वितरण
• दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र के 6 मामलों का निष्पादन
• केसीसी भूमि सत्यापन एवं भू-धारण प्रमाण पत्र के 4 मामलों का समाधान

इसके अलावा उपायुक्त जन शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली से प्राप्त 6 में से 2 मामलों तथा अंचल में भूमि विवाद से संबंधित 7 में से 4 मामलों का निष्पादन किया गया। शेष भूमि विवाद से जुड़े 2 मामलों और ऑनलाइन पंजी-II सुधार से संबंधित 15 आवेदनों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई जारी है।

नागरिकों ने की पहल की सराहना

शिविर में पहुंचे नागरिकों ने जिला प्रशासन की इस पहल की सराहना की। आवेदकों ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी एक साथ उपलब्ध रहने से समस्याओं का समाधान तेजी से हो पा रहा है और अब अलग-अलग कार्यालयों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ते।
अखिलेश कुमार और प्रकाश सिंह सहित कई लाभुकों ने बताया कि दाखिल-खारिज जैसे कार्य, जो पहले महीनों या वर्षों लेते थे, अब अंचल दिवस के माध्यम से मात्र 20 दिनों में पूरे हो रहे हैं। अखिलेश कुमार ने इसके लिए उपायुक्त और जिला प्रशासन के प्रति आभार जताया।

20 दिसंबर को अगला अंचल दिवस

जिला प्रशासन ने बताया कि अगला अंचल दिवस 20 दिसंबर को जारी प्रखंड में आयोजित किया जाएगा। जारी प्रखंड के नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि वे अंचल से संबंधित अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए इस अवसर का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएं।
