तेनुघाट में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का सफल आयोजन

तेनुघाट माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय एवं प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश बोकारो अनिल कुमार मिश्रा के निर्देश पर शनिवार को व्यवहार न्यायालय तेनुघाट परिसर में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया गया।

इस राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में कुल 16,456 मामलों का निष्पादन किया गया, जिसमें लगभग 8 करोड़ 89 लाख रुपये की समझौता राशि की वसूली हुई।

जानकारी के अनुसार, बिजली विभाग के 6,943 मामलों में लगभग 5 करोड़ 34 लाख रुपये, बैंक विभाग के 9,016 मामलों में करीब 1 करोड़ 50 लाख रुपये, चेक बाउंस के 29 मामलों में लगभग 98 लाख रुपये, उत्पाद विभाग के 28 मामलों में लगभग 1 लाख 77 हजार रुपये, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी न्यायालय के 209 मामलों सहित प्री-लिटिगेशन एवं अन्य विभागों के कई मामलों का निष्पादन किया गया।

राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत के सफल संचालन के लिए तीन बेंचों का गठन किया गया था।
पहली बेंच में जिला जज द्वितीय सूर्य मणि त्रिपाठी एवं अधिवक्ता पांडव कुमार पांडेय,
दूसरी बेंच में प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी राज कुमार पांडेय एवं अधिवक्ता पुष्पा हंस,
जबकि तीसरी बेंच में एसडीजेएम रश्मि अग्रवाल एवं अधिवक्ता नीरज कुमार उपस्थित थे।

इस संबंध में जानकारी बेरमो अनुमंडल विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार समिति की सचिव सह एसडीजेएम, व्यवहार न्यायालय तेनुघाट रश्मि अग्रवाल ने दी।

मौके पर रामकृष्ण गुप्ता, राजेश्वर जायसवाल, दीपक चंद्र गुप्ता, सुजय आनंद, कृष्णा रजक, अतिशय, उपासी कुमारी, वीणा देवी सहित न्यायिक कर्मी एवं पीएलवी सदस्य उपस्थित थे। एसडीजेएम रश्मि अग्रवाल ने कार्यक्रम में शामिल सभी न्यायिक पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को साधुवाद दिया।
