अवैध बालू उत्खनन व परिवहन पर प्रशासन का कड़ा प्रहार

सिसई थाना क्षेत्र से तीन ट्रैक्टर जब्त, प्राथमिकी दर्ज

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में गुमला जिले में अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध लगातार सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसी क्रम में सिसई थाना अंतर्गत मौजा नागफेनी क्षेत्र में गस्ती पदाधिकारी, खान निरीक्षक गुमला एवं पुलिस बल द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया।

जांच के दौरान नागफेनी पुल सूर्य मंदिर के समीप तथा कोयल नदी पुल के पास अवैध रूप से बालू का उत्खनन एवं परिवहन करते हुए तीन ट्रैक्टर पकड़े गए। जब्त ट्रैक्टरों में कुल लगभग 230 घनफीट बालू लदा हुआ पाया गया। जांच के समय किसी भी ट्रैक्टर के पास बालू परिवहन से संबंधित वैध कागजात उपलब्ध नहीं थे, जिससे अवैध उत्खनन और परिवहन की पुष्टि हुई।

कार्रवाई के दौरान विधिवत जप्ती सूची तैयार करते हुए तीनों ट्रैक्टरों को बालू लदे ट्रॉली सहित जब्त कर लिया गया। इस संबंध में संबंधित ट्रैक्टर मालिकों एवं चालकों के विरुद्ध खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957, झारखंड लघु खनिज नियमावली, 2004 तथा झारखंड मिनरल (अवैध खनन, परिवहन एवं भंडारण निवारण) नियम, 2017 के सुसंगत प्रावधानों के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जिले में अवैध बालू उत्खनन एवं परिवहन को किसी भी परिस्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। ऐसे मामलों पर सख्ती से कार्रवाई आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगी।
