ग्रामीण विकास योजनाओं की जमीनी हकीकत परखने पहुँचे अधिकारी, रायडीह प्रखंड के कोबजा पंचायत में हुआ व्यापक निरीक्षण

पदाधिकारियों द्वारा भ्रमण एवं निरीक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित

गुमला | गुमला जिले में भ्रमण एवं निरीक्षण कार्यक्रम के तहत शुक्रवार को निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, गुमला द्वारा प्रखंड रायडीह अंतर्गत पंचायत कोबजा का भ्रमण किया गया। भ्रमण के दौरान ग्रामीण विकास से जुड़ी विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं संस्थानों का निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत मनरेगा, ग्रामीण आवास योजना, विद्यालय, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र तथा अन्य विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई। मनरेगा योजना के तहत आम बागवानी कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया गया। इस क्रम में लाभुक जुनाव सोरेंग एवं बंधु कुमार की आम बागवानी योजना का जायजा लिया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान लाभुकों से आम के पौधों की सिंचाई व्यवस्था के संबंध में जानकारी प्राप्त की गई।

इसके साथ ही लाभार्थी कृपा सिंधु बाखला एवं शत्रुध्न महतो के कूप (कुआं) का निरीक्षण किया गया। कृपा सिंधु बाखला के कूप निर्माण स्थल पर योजना बोर्ड सही स्थान पर नहीं लगाए जाने की बात सामने आई, जिस पर संबंधित रोजगार सेवक को अविलंब सुधार करने का निर्देश दिया गया। लाभुकों ने बताया कि कूप से सिंचाई का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

ग्रामीण आवास योजना के अंतर्गत निर्माणाधीन आवासों का भी निरीक्षण किया गया तथा लाभुकों को समयबद्ध रूप से आवास निर्माण पूर्ण करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।

इसके बाद स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, कोबजा का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के समय सहिया की बैठक संचालित पाई गई। जानकारी दी गई कि सहिया द्वारा मां एवं बच्चे के स्वास्थ्य, पोषण तथा टीकाकरण से संबंधित कार्य किए जाते हैं। स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में प्रसव कक्ष, भंडार कक्ष एवं बाह्य रोगी कक्ष (ओपीडी) की उपलब्धता की जानकारी दी गई तथा सीएचओ (CHO) की उपस्थिति भी पाई गई। इस अवसर पर निदेशक द्वारा सहिया एवं एएनएम को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

भ्रमण कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत मांझाटोली, रायडीह में प्रस्तावित माननीय राष्ट्रपति के कार्यक्रम के क्रम में प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम स्थल का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। यह निरीक्षण प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, रायडीह एवं अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला के साथ संयुक्त रूप से किया गया। इस दौरान प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम स्थल को लेकर विस्तृत परिचर्चा की गई तथा प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी रायडीह को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए गए।
