आगामी त्योहारों को लेकर खाद्य सुरक्षा पर जिला प्रशासन की सख्ती, गुमला में बेकरी व मांस विक्रेताओं पर औचक कार्रवाई

गुमला | आगामी त्योहारों के मद्देनज़र खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता एवं जनस्वास्थ्य को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने खाद्य सुरक्षा को लेकर सख्ती बढ़ा दी है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में शुक्रवार को जिले में औचक निरीक्षण एवं छापामारी अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी श्री प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने किया।

अभियान के दौरान भारत बेकरी, गुमला बेकरी एवं मुन बेकरी सहित विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता व्यवस्था तथा पैकेजिंग पर अनिवार्य लेबलिंग नियमों की जांच की गई। जांच के दौरान लेबलिंग नियमों के उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर भारत बेकरी एवं मुन बेकरी पर नियमानुसार अर्थदंड लगाया गया। साथ ही सभी बेकरी संचालकों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के प्रावधानों का कड़ाई से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

इसके अलावा अभियान के तहत मुर्गा-मिट (चिकन एवं मटन) की दुकानों का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण में पाया गया कि संबंधित दुकान वैध एफएसएसएआई (FSSAI) लाइसेंस के बिना संचालित हो रही थी। साथ ही दुकान परिसर में ढक्कन युक्त डस्टबिन की व्यवस्था नहीं थी तथा कचरे के संग्रहण एवं निष्पादन की कोई समुचित व्यवस्था भी नहीं पाई गई, जो स्वच्छता एवं जनस्वास्थ्य की दृष्टि से गंभीर लापरवाही मानी जाती है। इस पर संबंधित संचालक को तत्काल सुधार करने, वैध एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने तथा स्वच्छता मानकों के अनुरूप व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने मौके पर उपस्थित संचालकों को स्पष्ट रूप से अवगत कराया कि खाद्य पदार्थों के निर्माण, भंडारण एवं विक्रय में लापरवाही बरतना कानूनन दंडनीय अपराध है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि भविष्य में खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर और भी कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

उन्होंने आम नागरिकों से भी अपील की कि वे केवल लाइसेंसधारी दुकानों से ही खाद्य सामग्री की खरीदारी करें तथा किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता या मिलावट की सूचना फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट ऐप के माध्यम से दें। जिला प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जनहित में इस प्रकार के निरीक्षण एवं कार्रवाई अभियान आगे भी नियमित रूप से जारी रहेंगे।
