गुमला | गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान रायडीह प्रखंड से संबंधित एक अत्यंत संवेदनशील मामला संज्ञान में आया। बच्चों की सुरक्षा एवं भविष्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह प्रकरण एक स्वयंसेवी संस्था से जुड़ी महिला ललिता लकड़ा (मानव अधिकार) द्वारा उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया गया।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार रायडीह प्रखंड की लगभग 17 वर्षीय किशोरी अपने दो छोटे भाई-बहनों की देखभाल स्वयं कर रही है। दोनों भाई-बहनों की आयु क्रमशः लगभग 13 वर्ष एवं 12 वर्ष बताई गई है। पिता के निधन के बाद परिवार में आय का कोई स्थायी स्रोत नहीं है, जिसके कारण बच्चों की शिक्षा बाधित हो गई है। साथ ही भोजन, वस्त्र एवं अन्य मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति में उन्हें लगातार कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वर्तमान में तीनों बच्चे कच्चे आवास में रह रहे हैं और समय के साथ उनकी स्थिति और भी अधिक संकटपूर्ण होती जा रही है।
मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए जिला बाल सुरक्षा कोषांग को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे संकटग्रस्त बच्चों की सुरक्षा, देखभाल एवं उज्ज्वल भविष्य सुनिश्चित करना जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी है। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि बच्चों को राज्य एवं केंद्र सरकार की विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं, छात्रवृत्ति, तथा अन्य आवश्यक सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं से शीघ्र जोड़ा जाए, ताकि उन्हें समय पर सहायता मिल सके।
इस संबंध में जिला बाल सुरक्षा कोषांग द्वारा त्वरित कार्रवाई की जा रही है। उपायुक्त ने जिलेवासियों से भी अपील की कि यदि कहीं भी ऐसे बच्चे दिखाई दें, जो संकटग्रस्त हों या जिन्हें संरक्षण की आवश्यकता हो, तो इसकी सूचना तुरंत जिला प्रशासन अथवा संबंधित विभाग को दें, ताकि समय रहते आवश्यक सहयोग और संरक्षण प्रदान किया जा सके।
