“बोर्ड एग्जाम विजय अभियान” के तहत उपायुक्त ने शिक्षा विभाग की बोर्ड परीक्षा तैयारियों की समीक्षा की

गुमला :- गुमला जिले में बोर्ड एग्जाम विजय अभियान के अंतर्गत उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में शिक्षा विभाग की बोर्ड परीक्षा तैयारियों को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो एवं जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां द्वारा जिला कंट्रोल टीम, विद्यालयों से टैग किए गए सीआरपी, बीआरपी एवं बीपीओ के मॉनिटरिंग कार्य की विस्तृत समीक्षा प्रस्तुत की गई।

समीक्षा के क्रम में जिला कंट्रोल टीम के कार्य में अपेक्षित प्रभावशीलता नहीं पाए जाने पर शिक्षा परियोजना की एडीपीओ का वेतन अगले आदेश तक स्थगित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। वहीं कार्य शिथिलता एवं लापरवाही के आरोप में उच्च विद्यालय बांसडीह की सीआरपी राजमणि कुमारी तथा अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी प्रखंड की बीआरपी रीना कुमारी का वेतन बोर्ड परीक्षा के बाद परफॉर्मेंस रिव्यू तक स्थगित रखने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त द्वारा प्लस टू विद्यालय भरनो के साथ ऑडियो-वीडियो मॉनिटरिंग करते हुए शिक्षिका एवं कक्षा 10 के छात्र से सीधे संवाद कर बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारियों का जायजा लिया गया। विगत वर्ष इस विद्यालय में 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक विद्यार्थी अनुत्तीर्ण रहे थे, जिसको देखते हुए सभी कमजोर विद्यार्थियों की विशेष तैयारी कराने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसी क्रम में प्रोजेक्ट उच्च विद्यालय चैनपुर के शिक्षक से भी ऑडियो-वीडियो कॉल कर सीआरपी विजिट की जानकारी ली गई।

बैठक में सभी उच्च विद्यालयों में प्रभावी पीटीएम आयोजित कर अधिक अनुपस्थित एवं कमजोर विद्यार्थियों के अभिभावकों से संवाद स्थापित करने, कक्षा 10 एवं 12 के कमजोर विद्यार्थियों के लिए रेमेडियल कक्षाओं को प्रभावी रूप से संचालित करने तथा 10 जनवरी की विशेष मॉक टेस्ट से पूर्व गंभीर तैयारी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि शिक्षा वर्तमान में उनकी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि दसवीं बोर्ड परीक्षा बच्चों के जीवन की पहली माइलस्टोन है और सभी को मिलकर इसे संवारना है। उन्होंने जिला कंट्रोल टीम को नियमित स्कूल मॉनिटरिंग, जीपीएस फोटो, वीडियो कॉल एवं चार दिनों में व्यक्तिगत रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश देते हुए डीईओ एवं डीएसई को तीन दिनों में सभी निर्देशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
