डीटीओ का औचक निरीक्षण, एक ऑटो में मिले 29 बच्चे, प्रशासन ने की कानूनी कार्रवाई की तैयारी

सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान में बड़ी कार्रवाई: 50 से अधिक लोगों पर जुर्माना, 1 लाख 16 हजार का वसूला गया चलान

गुमला ः गुमला जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर जिला प्रशासन का रुख अब बेहद कड़ा हो गया है। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में नागफेनी के पास सघन वाहन जांच अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान सुरक्षा नियमों की धज्जियाँ उड़ाने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की गई, जिससे वाहन चालकों के बीच हड़कंप मच गया हैं।

*एक ऑटो में 29 बच्चे: मासूमों की जान से खिलवाड़*
जांच के दौरान टीम उस वक्त दंग रह गई जब एक ऑटो को रोका गया और उक्त ऑटो में क्षमता से कहीं अधिक, *कुल 29 स्कूली बच्चों को ठूंस-ठूंस कर बिठाया गया था।* डीटीओ ने इसे बच्चों की जान के साथ गंभीर खिलवाड़ बताते हुए तत्काल ऑटो को जप्त करने का निर्देश दिया। इस मामले में *संबंधित चालक और मालिक के खिलाफ* कानूनी कार्रवाई भी की जा रही है ।

*अवैध लाइटों पर चला ‘पंजा’, वसूला जुर्माना*
अभियान के दौरान उन वाहनों पर भी कार्रवाई हुई जिन्होंने नियमों के विरुद्ध अपनी गाड़ियों में *अतिरिक्त तेज रोशनी वाली लाइटें (Extra Lights)* लगवा रखी थीं। मौके पर ही ऐसी लाइटों को हटवाया गया और चालकों से जुर्माना वसूला गया। डीटीओ ने सख्त लहजे में कहा कि *ऐसी लाइटें सामने से आने वाले चालकों की आँखों में चकाचौंध पैदा करती हैं,* जो बड़ी दुर्घटनाओं का कारण बनती हैं।

*कार्रवाई के मुख्य बिंदु:*
*1 लाख 16 हजार का चलान:* विभिन्न नियमों के उल्लंघन को लेकर कुल 50 से अधिक लोगों पर कार्रवाई की गई, जिससे लगभग ₹1,16,000 का राजस्व वसूला गया।

*बिना हेलमेट पर सख्ती:* बिना हेलमेट वाहन चला रहे 2 मोटरसाइकिल चालकों की गाड़ियां जप्त कर ली गईं।

*डीटीओ की फटकार:* नियमों की अनदेखी करने वालों को डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने कड़ी फटकार लगाई और चेतावनी दी कि सुरक्षित यातायात के साथ कोई समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा।

*”जिंदा रहने के लिए सावधानी जरूरी”*
जांच स्थल पर लोगों को जागरूक करते हुए डीटीओ ने कहा कि स्कूल बसों, ट्रकों और ऑटो पर प्रशासन की पैनी नजर है। उन्होंने अभिभावकों से भी अपील की कि वे अपने बच्चों को ऐसे वाहनों में न भेजें जहाँ क्षमता से अधिक मासूम बच्चों को बैठाया जाता है ।
