बसिया में खाद्य सुरक्षा व तंबाकू निषेध को लेकर सघन छापेमारी अभियान लिए गए खाद्य नमूने

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अन्तर्गत स्थित बसिया प्रखंड क्षेत्र में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों एवं जनस्वास्थ्य से जुड़े नियमों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग, गुमला एवं तंबाकू निषेध टीम द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से विशेष छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। यह अभियान खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी तथा तंबाकू निषेध पदाधिकारी वंदना स्मिता के नेतृत्व में संचालित किया गया।

अभियान के दौरान एकलव्य मॉडल आवासीय विद्यालय, बरटोली (बसिया) परिसर का गहन निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में विद्यालय में उपयोग किए जा रहे रिफाइंड सोयाबीन ऑयल, सरसों तेल, हल्दी पाउडर एवं लाल मिर्च पाउडर के नमूने संग्रहित कर जांच हेतु अधिकृत प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के बाद आवश्यकतानुसार आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

निरीक्षण के दौरान विद्यालय किचन में साफ-सफाई, खाद्य पदार्थों के सुरक्षित भंडारण एवं भोजन तैयार करने की प्रक्रिया की भी जांच की गई। इस क्रम में किचन कर्मियों को कार्य के दौरान एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगियर अनिवार्य रूप से पहनने, नियमित स्वच्छता बनाए रखने तथा निर्धारित खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करने का स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया गया।

साथ ही साथ विद्यालय परिसर के 100 गज की परिधि में तंबाकू निषेध अधिनियम के उल्लंघन की जांच की गई। इस दौरान तंबाकू युक्त उत्पाद बेचने वाले दुकानदारों को सख्त चेतावनी दी गई तथा भविष्य में इस प्रकार की गतिविधियों से दूर रहने का निर्देश दिया गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की कि खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, मिलावट के उल्लंघन से संबंधित शिकायतें फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट ऐप के माध्यम से दर्ज कराएं। विभाग का उद्देश्य सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराना तथा शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के आसपास तंबाकू मुक्त वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना है।

प्रशासन ने बताया कि इस प्रकार के निरीक्षण एवं छापेमारी अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेंगे, ताकि खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का सख्ती से पालन हो और आमजन के स्वास्थ्य की प्रभावी रूप से रक्षा की जा सके।
