जिलेभर के विद्यालयों में स्पेशल पीटीएम आयोजित, विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति व शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन की हुई समीक्षा

गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में मंगलवार को जिले के विभिन्न विद्यालयों में स्पेशल अभिभावक–शिक्षक बैठक (पीटीएम) का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक के दौरान विद्यार्थियों के शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन, विद्यालय में उपस्थिति तथा अन्य शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। इस अवसर पर सभी विद्यालयों में 100 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति, उत्कृष्ट परिणाम एवं बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों एवं उनके अभिभावकों को सम्मानित भी किया गया।

स्पेशल पीटीएम में मैट्रिक एवं इंटरमीडिएट के परीक्षार्थियों की बोर्ड परीक्षा तैयारी को लेकर विशेष रूप से चर्चा हुई। इसमें गृहकार्य, स्वाध्याय, दैनिक अध्ययन, अभ्यास प्रश्नों की नियमित तैयारी एवं समयबद्ध अध्ययन योजना पर अभिभावकों को आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन दिया गया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस, कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय (केजीबीवी) गुमला में विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो एवं जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां उपस्थित रहे। वहीं डीसीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस गुमला में जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने अभिभावकों से संवाद किया।

प्लस टू उच्च विद्यालय डुमरी टांगरडीह में जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी गुमला तथा संत पीटर उच्च विद्यालय चैनपुर में जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन की उपस्थिति रही। कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय बसिया में जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञानशंकर जायसवाल विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में शामिल हुए, जबकि प्लस टू उच्च विद्यालय बसिया में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (बीडीओ) बसिया मौजूद रहे। इसके अलावा कस्तूरबा विद्यालय डुमरी में बीडीओ डुमरी तथा कस्तूरबा विद्यालय घाघरा में जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी ने पीटीएम में भाग लिया।

इसके अतिरिक्त उच्च विद्यालय मुरकुंडा, उर्सुलाइन कॉन्वेंट बालिका विद्यालय टॉन्गो, चैनपुर, प्लस टू उच्च विद्यालय घाघरा, कस्तूरबा विद्यालय डुमरी सहित अन्य विद्यालयों में भी स्पेशल पीटीएम का आयोजन किया गया।

कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में एपीओ शुभकामना प्रसाद, बीपीओ रोज मिंज, बीपीओ ओमप्रकाश दास, दिलदार सिंह सहित संबंधित विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही। सभी विद्यालयों में स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति (एसएमसी) के सदस्य, जनप्रतिनिधि एवं बड़ी संख्या में अभिभावक उपस्थित रहे।
