झारखंड के विश्वविद्यालय देश के उत्कृष्ट संस्थानों में शामिल हों : कुलाधिपति संतोष कुमार गंगवार

झारखंड के राज्यपाल सह राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलाधिपति श्री संतोष कुमार गंगवार ने कहा है कि झारखंड के विश्वविद्यालयों की गणना देश के उत्कृष्ट विश्वविद्यालयों में होनी चाहिए। इसके लिए गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा, अनुशासन और शोध को प्राथमिकता देना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से आह्वान किया कि वे “विकसित भारत–2047” के निर्माण में सक्रिय और सकारात्मक भूमिका निभाएं।

कुलाधिपति श्री गंगवार मंगलवार को विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय, हजारीबाग के स्वामी विवेकानंद सभागार में आयोजित दसवें दीक्षांत समारोह को बतौर मुख्य अतिथि संबोधित कर रहे थे। अपने दीक्षांत उद्बोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि यह उपाधि समारोह विद्यार्थियों के परिश्रम, अनुशासन, धैर्य और निरंतर साधना का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने सभी उपाधि प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थियों, उनके अभिभावकों, गुरुजनों और विश्वविद्यालय परिवार को हार्दिक बधाई दी।

उन्होंने कहा कि दीक्षांत समारोह जहां विद्यार्थियों के जीवन के एक महत्वपूर्ण अध्याय की पूर्णता का प्रतीक है, वहीं यह एक नए अध्याय के शुभारंभ का अवसर भी है। अब तक अर्जित ज्ञान का उपयोग समाज के व्यापक हित में करना विद्यार्थियों का दायित्व है। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने भूदान यज्ञ के प्रणेता संत विनोबा भावे का स्मरण करते हुए उनके विचारों और मूल्यों को आत्मसात करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।

कुलाधिपति ने कहा कि शिक्षा का उद्देश्य केवल आजीविका अर्जित करना नहीं, बल्कि एक संवेदनशील, जिम्मेदार और कर्तव्यनिष्ठ नागरिक का निर्माण करना भी है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि विद्यार्थी आने वाले समय में “विकसित भारत–2047” के लक्ष्य को साकार करने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देंगे।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा लागू की गई नई शिक्षा नीति–2020 का उल्लेख करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि यह नीति विद्यार्थियों को अवसरों के साथ-साथ जिम्मेदारियों का भी बोध कराती है और उन्हें भविष्य की चुनौतियों के लिए सक्षम बनाती है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को संदेश दिया कि जीवन में पहचान डिग्री से नहीं, बल्कि अपने कर्म, आचरण और योगदान से बनती है।

अपने संबोधन के अंत में कुलाधिपति श्री गंगवार ने उपस्थित सभी लोगों को क्रिसमस एवं नववर्ष 2026 की शुभकामनाएं दीं।
