कार्तिक जतरा से राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू का बड़ा संदेश: गुमला में विश्वविद्यालय स्थापना का सपना होगा शीघ्र साकार

भारत की महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने गुमला जिले के रायडीह प्रखंड स्थित मांझाटोली में आयोजित दो दिवसीय अंतरराज्यीय जन-सांस्कृतिक समागम ‘कार्तिक जतरा’ में सहभागिता करते हुए जनसभा को संबोधित किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने महान जनजातीय नेता पंखराज साहेब कार्तिक उरांव के उस ऐतिहासिक सपने को पूरा करने का भरोसा दिलाया, जिसमें गुमला जिले में एक विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना की परिकल्पना की गई थी।

राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि गुमला में विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना केवल कार्तिक उरांव का सपना ही नहीं था, बल्कि यह उनके जीवन के प्रमुख लक्ष्यों में से एक रहा है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि यह सपना अब जल्द ही साकार किया जाएगा।

जनजातीय कला-संस्कृति की राष्ट्रपति ने की सराहना

अपने संबोधन में राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने जनजातीय समाज की समृद्ध कला, संस्कृति और परंपराओं की भूरी-भूरी प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने कहा कि आदिवासी समुदाय की संगीत, नृत्य, नाटक और लोककला की विरासत अत्यंत समृद्ध है। इसी कारण देशभर के 100 से अधिक जनजातीय कलाकारों को पद्मश्री जैसे प्रतिष्ठित सम्मान से नवाजा गया है।

‘कार्तिक जतरा’ के मंच से राष्ट्रपति ने जनजातीय पहचान, परंपरा और सांस्कृतिक धरोहर के संरक्षण पर विशेष बल दिया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान देश के विभिन्न राज्यों से आए आदिवासी नृत्य दलों ने रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दीं, जिन्हें देखने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में दर्शक मौजूद रहे।

शिक्षा को बताया विकास की सबसे बड़ी कुंजी

राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि शिक्षा ही किसी भी राज्य और समाज के विकास की सबसे मजबूत नींव होती है। जब शिक्षा का विस्तार होगा, तभी समग्र विकास संभव हो सकेगा। उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि शिक्षा से जुड़े कुछ विषय, विशेषकर भूमि से संबंधित मुद्दे, समाधान की प्रक्रिया में हैं, लेकिन शिक्षा के विस्तार के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयास निश्चित रूप से सफल होंगे।

उन्होंने कहा कि पंखराज साहेब कार्तिक उरांव सभी के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत हैं। वे भारत के गौरव थे और शिक्षा के महत्व को गहराई से समझते थे। विदेश में शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के बावजूद उनका चिंतन अपनी माटी, अपने समाज और अपने क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए समर्पित रहा। उनका सपना था कि इस क्षेत्र में एक विश्वविद्यालय स्थापित हो, और आज उसी धरती पर लोग ‘कार्तिक जतरा’ के माध्यम से उन्हें स्मरण कर रहे हैं।

तीन राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री एवं केंद्रीय मंत्री रहे मौजूद

मांझाटोली स्थित पंखराज साहेब कार्तिक उरांव चौक, बैरियर बगीचा में आयोजित इस ऐतिहासिक कार्यक्रम में राष्ट्रपति के साथ झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन, छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय एवं ओडिशा के मुख्यमंत्री मोहन चरण माझी भी उपस्थित रहे।

इसके अतिरिक्त केंद्रीय जनजातीय कार्य मंत्री जुएल उरांव, एसटी-एससी मामलों की संसदीय समिति के अध्यक्ष फगन सिंह कुलस्ते तथा झारखंड के राज्यपाल आशीष गैंगवार की भी गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही।

राष्ट्रपति के आगमन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए थे। कार्यक्रम स्थल सहित आसपास के क्षेत्रों में भारी संख्या में पुलिस बल की तैनाती की गई थी, जिससे कार्यक्रम शांतिपूर्ण एवं व्यवस्थित रूप से संपन्न हुआ।
